Extremely professional service from the staff at Link Agency.
Phil and Thalia couldn’t do enough for us. Their service was professional, prompt and courteous and I would recommend them to everyone.
The first viewing we had, the buyers bought the house, you can’t say better than that.
And although we intend to stay in our new home forever, should the need ever arise, we would use Link Agency again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Link Agency. I drove over 3.5 hours to attend a confirmed property viewing, only to find out on arrival that the appointment had been cancelled and the property was no longer available.
No one contacted me in advance to inform me about the cancellation, which shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time and effort.
It is completely unacceptable to leave someone uninformed after such a long journey. I would not recommend this agency to anyone expecting reliable and serious service.

We approached four local estate agents, to obtain a valuation and insight into the services they could offer to sell our bungalow in Goole. Valuations, services and costs all seemed similar. But the open, friendly and warmth we received from Marie at Link Agency made them our first choice. We quickly saw multiple viewings, and received several offers; and were expertly guided through the selling process by Link. Comms were excellent, and the entire team were professional. My property completed on 4/10/24. I put my property up for sale with Link in July. Marie dealt with everything for me, securing viewings before it even reached right move. Unfortunately, the first buyer dropped out of the sale but, Marie was straight back on it securing another offer within a few days of the other one falling through. Marie has been contactable whenever I’ve had questions and has been prompt with everything.
The sale was smooth and easy and if I was ever to sell again would use Link to do so.

After a month of attempting to contact these people and almost a month of getting absolutely nothing in return I give up. Yet another estate agent of many who can't even be bothered to do the bare minimum. Since writing this review I have finally had a response to tell me the that the property I was enquiring about is no longer available, as if that is a shock of any kind. No apology for refusing to respond.

After recently deciding to return to my home town, my turned to Link Agency to help me find my ideal property. I cannot recommend them enough, in particular Marie, not only did she understand my needs, find me my forever home, her professionalism and efficiency and constant communication, out shine other estate agents that I have had dealings with. my purchase went through in a total of 6 weeks without any issues.

Lucky to get 1 star. My partner had a house with these was alright until something happened and she contacted them. No running hot water with a child under 1 and pregnant. They sent somebody out to which recond wasn't their problem it's a problem with pipes out side. Yorkshire then came out did all their checks even fitted all new pipes outside the problem was in the house to which after many emails and phone calls they wasn't 1 bit intreasted in end out of good will yorkshire fixed the problem and the electrics. The only response got off them was that's nice and is their a problem with the electrics, not even bothered they left a pregnant woman and small child with no running hot water for over a week. The house was cleaner when left compared to when she moved in can tell by photos took the only items was left was few bits what came with the house like a small fridge, oven etc yet no deposit back

As I was living in the property I raised multiple issues with them, none were fixed in the 2 and a half years living there. Was also scammed out of half of my deposit back upon leaving the property. They don’t clean the properties once you leave and if they do they charge you for it. Worst agency and landlords I’ve ever had!

Can you imagine. Winter outside. Boiler broke down. 3 yers old child at home. No heating bo hot water. 5th day still waiting for repair. Absolutly shocking.. and that is every time when some repairs need to be done.

I would most certainly avoid this agent at all costs! We moved in to a property which was absolutely filthy we had it cleaned we also had no heating for 4 days when moved in tjey are closed weekends and you can only contact via google yet it never submits. We had the house decorated and professionaly cleaned we left and 7 weeks later still no sign of our deposit back until today and we wont be getting anything back. They are horrible agents very rude etc. I would never ever reccomend these agents if it was the last thing i did!! PLEASE BE AWARE!

Can't recommend them highly enough! Link have managed my property for 6.5 years. In that time they have provided me with 3 tenants, all of whom were superb and respected my property as if it were their own.
Any issues that would arise with the house were handled extremely quickly and any tradesmen used were of the highest calibre.

As overseas Landlords, with multiple properties in the UK we are very happy with Link Agency and their fully managed service.
Whilst living in the UK, we managed all of our properties ourselves. We were initially nervous about having to put our trust into an agent whilst overseas. However, during the last 4 years we can honestly say Link Agency have supported our investments beautifully and helped us to feel assured with each ebb and flow of tenant from our properties.
We have had very few vacancies in our properties – as Link Agency has always found us new tenants quickly and smoothly. We receive rents on time and get updates on issues as and when required.
Their knowledge of the ever changing lettings laws and professional guidance on all issues that could have proved tricky (even if we were in the UK) has allowed us to sleep soundly in the knowledge that they have our backs.
We would recommend Link agency for anyone considering letting their home out whether travelling overseas or whilst residing in the UK. Your property will be in trustworthy hands.

By any means AVOID. Lazy, incompetent. They only showed me the property for viewing and after starting the tenancy - no interest (didn't show me how to turn on/off the alarm, heating etc.). They forgot 2 check whether there's gas in the house, didn't leave any gas card.

BEWARE... Quite possibly the worst estate agent on this planet. Totally unprofessional, liars, treat they're tenants like prison inmates. Uncalled visits, asking for rent before due date, let themselves into house when My other half was out! (Yes they really did do that ). Never helped when we had a problem with the property and to top it all off they falsely claimed we had damaged the place so we couldn't get the bond back . ???? Run a mile a terrible experience !!!

As a surveyor, I get to view many properties throughout the area. I can honestly say that the stock managed by Link agency is generally of an above average condition as they seem to focus on properties that are in very good cosmetic condition and are generally very well maintained.
Within my job I meet many agents and recieve varied expereriences from these letting agents throughout the region, allowing me to review standards and professionalism of there personnel and processes. In fact, in the past I have also been invloved in auditing agency standards and I can vouch that Link Agency offer a very high standard of service to both it's Customers and suppliers alike, they truly are a pleasure to deal with and offers brand values that others can only follow.
