I went in t get a key cut from a lock i had just bought for 10 pounds at screw fix and they said it would be 15 pounds I said how come you charge so much they said " because we can" THEY are taking advantage of people the blanks on ebay you can get 5 for 5 pounds... Read more

I use them from time to time but today is the day i stop. everytime i cut keys i go back and fourth. I come in pay £15 for three keys surely if this what you specialise in you should know better. This has happened far too many times.... Read more

My very old deadlock broke and I tried to fix it myself with no success. I couldn't find the same one online so I thought I'd better go speak to some experts. I went to Delta and they broke the bad news that it would cost nearly £200 to get the same lock, then I'd need to pay for lots of extra keys too as it's the lock for our office - we are a non-profit and it was a lot of money, but if we got a different lock we'd need to get it fitted which would also be a real pain. Then David the owner appeared and he asked me what I wanted, I said I wanted to get my old lock fixed but I didn't know how. He offered to fix it for me for £100 and they provided lots of keys too. I got it back in less than a day. It's so nice to get stuff fixed instead of just throwing it away. And I could just slot my old lock back in and fit it in 2 minutes! Yay! Not many people in London can fix things nowadays. These guys really are experts.... Read more

Good people working here, receptionists excellent communication, guys that do intercom work know what they’re doing. Although they have had to return for a small error, they are more than happy to put it right and in fast fashion. Mine was a housing association and I can imagine that they are even better privately. Would recommend because in general the company is on the ball with a work ethic that is hard to find these days!... Read more

I have just used Delta Security to reinforce my front door with a new Nightlatch, guards, bolts, London bar and spyhole. They gave me a detailed quote on the spot, explaining all the available options and attendant costs, and sent an engineer round the very next day to do the work. They even gave me money back at the end because he managed to fit all of the above in under the time quoted. Helfpul, knowledgable and superbly efficient people who work in the customer's best interests - a rare thing these days! I can't recommend them highly enough.... Read more

We had a quote to copy some chubb keys for £15. We accepted and then when we came back to collect we were told the price was £20. We reluctantly paid and then to make matters worse, the key did not work so we had to return it and wait a further few days. The after-sales support was good but the sales floor team are flakey in their pricing which is not acceptable and so I'd advise anybody to get a written quotation or a receipt prior to service.... went all the way there cause they do fobs. Got two fobs and two keys made and the keys completely do not fit. They close for the holidays and I can't make it back in time today and I'm going away on vacation for two months. Instead of just refunding me the £8 pounds they want me to come back or I have to go to the post office and pay to send the useless keys back. What an absolute hassle, their customer service isn't great, they guy on the phone was hopeless and wasn't even clear on how I will get it sorted if I post it. I now also have to run to a local key place and get keys made that actually fit. Waste of time and money I have to pay either to take the transport back or post.... Read more
