The negotiation process didn't quite live up to what was said during the valuation and marketing stage, but overall we were happy and it was great being able to pop into the office locally when needed. Everyone was always friendly. Once or twice things hadn't been communicated internally so we were told different things by different people, but overall working with the whole team was smooth....
