Amy is your go to agent! She is super timely, gets things done and goes above and beyond for her clients!! I’ve looked with so many other agents and a lot of their work ethics are very questionable. Either they are late, they don’t bring the keys, or that they disappear the moment they feel like you’re not going to be a potential client. Not with Amy. I was with another agent looking at Mayfair mews when I encountered Amy. Amy was quick to get what I liked and sent me an email with three listing on it. Renting through Lurot Brand was an incredibly seamless and comprehensive experience. We had the keys in less than a week. Frankie, our agent, met with us twice in one day at the property. The second meeting was very last minute, but she was still extremely accommodating. From the get-go, she was easy to work with and very helpful. We made an offer on a Friday evening, and Frankie worked between us and the landlords to ensure everything was done, and we had the keys in just 3.5 working days. What I appreciated most was Frankie’s communication. She sent updates even when there wasn’t a definitive answer, which made us feel like she was genuinely tracking the process and moving things along as quickly as possible. I organised a valuation for a family friend and spoke to a member of the sales team called Charles he was very polite and a enjoy to talk to. They decided in the end to put the house on the market with Lurot Brand and achieved a fantastic result ! Would recommend using them if you want to break records in your mews.... Read more
