What an amazing level of service from Mackenzie Smith in Yateley & all the team there in! Having not moved for 38 years they certainly gave us confidence during the whole process. From our initial meeting with Dan who valued the house and showed such enthusiasm for it & also kept in constant contact with us, we knew we had chosen correctly. When Dan went on Paternity we then dealt with both Brian & Nick if we had any questions and they replied almost immediately. Everything was straightforward until the last few weeks when we had a few hiccups approaching exchange but they sorted everything out, kept in constant contact and finally ‘got us over the line’! We move next week and are so excited! We want to say a huge thankyou for all of their help, making this move a pleasure! We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend them enough!

I had great experience of purchasing a property with Mackenzie Smith! The sellers are quite challenging to deal with, we even thought about pulling out due to the difficult situations.
However, Dan made it a lot easier and less stressful! He kept us on updated with everything without needing to chase, with excellent communication and problem solving skills! Without Dan, we wouldn’t have exchanged!

Sage advise from Paul on pricing and presentation and his local contacts resulted in several quality viewings and an offer that we accepted just four weeks after going onto the market.
His subsequent attention to detail on the exchange process played a significant part in exchange of contracts seven weeks later. Including the delivery of documents to solicitors for our buyers to expedite process.
