Amazing service!!! We appointed Main and Main to manage the sale of our house on Outwood Road. M+M know the Heald Green market very well! They priced our house £25k more than Gascoigne and Halman and we sold for £10k over what they put on! They took amazing photos and produced a fabulous video which attracted many people to come round and visit the house. Cathy was a pleasure to work with too. We would 100% recommend Main and Main!

I chose Main & Main for convenience, being just a couple of minutes from the house. How lucky that selection was! On day one Mr Main visited and gave a verbal valuation, arranged for spare keys to be cut, recommended draining the heating system (it was January & the house was unoccupied), recommended buildings insurance and gave advice regarding probate. Before the day was out, spare keys had been cut and a plumber drained the system. Weeks later when I discovered a gas leak, Main & Main organised emergency action to sort the problem the same day. Throughout the sale process I was informed of viewings and developments - some of them unexpected. I could not be more pleased with the service provided. Highly recommended.

It had been 26 years since I was last involved in selling a property and I selected Main & Main as one of the potential Estate Agents to sell my recently deceased sister's house.
From the beginning, Main & Main demonstrated unparalleled knowledge of the local market including selling the property next door!
Compared with the opposition (there were three in total) , they were mid-priced in both cost and sale price but in my view gave the most realistic selling price. on this basis they were selected.
The sales process hsn't changed in 26 years, it is still a roller coaster ride with up and downs! Main & Main were very quick in preparing the details to go to market, accompanied by a slick video which accentuated the property's key selling points.
Appointments came quickly and an impressive appointment notification system meant I was involved with each new twist and turn!
Things didn't go totally to plan but Cathy and her team offered sound advice based on market knowledge & experience to progress the sale to completion during a difficult time for the housing economy.
This isn't for the faint hearted and I hope I will not be doing it again soon, but if I did, I would trust Main & Main with carrying out the sales role as my first choice. Well done!

During a complex and extended sales process Cathy was always positive and full of great advice as we met with a number of hurdles. So I’d been looking for a house for around 4 months and had seen something from every estate agent in Worsley. I won’t lie, I was disappointed. No print out of the property and just moody staff doing the viewings. This all changed with Main&Main!

We selected Main & Main as our agents not realising this was one of the best decisions we had made for a long time. Due to our property requirements it took a long time for us to find a suitable property. Rather than judging our requirements the team at Main & Main supported us and helped in anyway they could.
Eventually we found a property and proceeded to finalise the sale. Unfortunately our purchasers and their purchasers were using online estate agents and their online solicitors who were absolutely terrible. The online solicitors took four attempts to exchange contracts and during this process the quality of the team at Main & Main shone through. They were amazing and infact so good that my purchasers also had regular updates from Main & Main whilst their online agents were missing and online solicitors were useless.
Two points from this review. 1. Main and Main are amazing... thank you all Cathy, Tracy, Leila, Martin, Sam you are all stars.
2. Never use online agents as they go missing once you have accepted an offer and their online solicitors are unaccountable and useless and nearly lost our sale. Dean and Leanne
