Working with David was truly lovely. He was punctual, worked with our budget, and accommodated multiple viewings. David was able to help us negotiate in order to find the right place and was extremely responsive to help in rectifying any issues we had. He was able to meet all of our requests promptly. Unlike other letting agents who can be quite pushy and misleading, it felt that David cared to find the right match without any added pressure or fake urgency to crack a deal. I would absolutely recommend working with David if you have the opportunity.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Mark Anthony Estate Agents. They are always responsive, quick to find solutions, and I’ve never had any issues with them. The whole team is professional and efficient, but a special shout-out to David—he’s truly outstanding! I have no idea how, but he even managed to negotiate with the landlord to keep our rent unchanged for another year. Their service is not only reliable but also genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend!

David and the team at Mark Anthony are incredible. I moved into the a property they manage recently, and the process went so smoothly. David is kind, responsive and quick to address issues in the flat. When my flatmate moved out, he was flexible with timing - and made the process as stress free as possible.
Having David as a property manager is a dream, as he cares about the properties he manages, and his tenants. I would recommend renting a property managed by Mark Anthony Estate Agents with no reservations

I've recently moved out of a property I was living in for 3 years which was managed by Mark Anthony and I can't recommend them enough. Whatever issues, questions or changes I needed they were so quick at responding and sorted everything out. David is a gem and looked after me the entire time I was staying in this flat.

Mark Anthony estate agents have been quick to find tenants and a pleasure to work with. Communication of the last tenant leaving and keeping track of closure could have been better. However once asked they did follow up and did resolve all issues.
Gennaro has been great, he’s on top of all matters, incredibly responsive and very friendly.

Honestly, it is the best experience with estate agents I've had! The staff that helped me was very helpful and understanding (good looking too). This made a massive difference when I was selling, and they put my mind at rest at every step of the way with regular updates on the house. Astounded with the service, wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I would highly recommend Mark Anthony, they were friendly and explained everything, every step of the way. We took advantage of their opening office offer and we wasn't disappointed. From the valuation to completion we felt very relaxed and at ease as we were being updated on a regular basis and was told what to expect to happen next. We found the staff very approachable which makes such a difference when selling your home. Really happy with the service we received and we couldn't recommend them enough.
