Just a quick review to say how awesome this estate agent was helping us sell our property.
From the relaxed initial meeting with Ian, we knew that we would be well looked after. They organised a professional photographer to produce a brilliant set of photos that made our property stand out. The viewing appointments were handled by the team (Alison, Charles and Francesca). We just popped out for a coffee and they conducted the viewings. Our main contact, Alison, held our hand all through the process and within a couple of weeks, we had a buyer. Alison kept us informed every step of the way to the final conclusion of us moving. A follow-up call from Ian after we moved to check that everything went smoothly was well appreciated. All the team looked after us and we were not bounced round pillar to post like some of the large major companies do with their high turnover of staff.
We highly recommend this company to give you the peace of mind and confidence that they will do their utmost to help your sale of your property.

I had a very positive experience with Marriott Vernon, in particular with the brilliant Alison who had the tricky task of getting my place sold in under two months.
From the outset the communication was excellent, a buyer was in place within a week of listing and the deal was completed within 5 weeks. This was especially impressive given the house was listed just before Christmas, which isn't exactly the ideal time to sell a house!

I must begin with apologies to Ashley and his partner Ian at Marriott Vernon for taking so long to do this feedback! Unfortunately, renovation delays led to several months of disruption. Thankfully things are more settled now.
This was my first property purchase ever, in midlife after renting since my teens. Whilst searching for a property I dealt with many estate agents from a variety of firms. Although he was dealing with three of life’s cynics (me, my sister and her partner!) Ashley immediately stood out as being different from a typical estate agent. Personable, honest, total integrity, in short, an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. I teased Ashley about the million-pound properties on the Marriott Vernon website which were totally out of my league, joking that I would be wasting his time, yet Ashley clearly provides his clients with the same outstanding level of service, whatever their budget.
If I decide to move again in the future, Ashley will be my first port of call, subsequently I am more than delighted to recommend his services and that of Marriott Vernon.

One of the best estate agents I've worked with.
Ashley understood the requirements, and delivered. Following a viewing of a property I had requested to see that, I shared feedback with Ashley of what I was looking for - as that initial property was not for me. Within a couple of weeks, he reached out with one that met the brief. One that would not have come up in my search based in my filters, so would've never found it without Ashley.
Throughout the lengthy purchase process, he has been patient and understanding, and been on top of communication with both sides to facilitate progress.
Finally once completion took place he brought a very thoughtful gift with the keys. It was a pleasure working with them!

He keeps you up-to-date on how things are progressing and is honest with you about your property, he will also only find buyers who are a right fit for your situation which makes for a really seamless experience meaning he will not just send viewers through the door for the sake of it. Marriott Vernon gave us the best experience ever! The housing market is insane at the moment but Marriott Vernon have been amazing in finding us a family property to rent.
They were pleasant, professional, helpful and their outstanding communication is unmatched. From viewing the property, meeting landlord, referencing, signing documents and finally getting the keys; the whole process was honestly so smooth and easy and stress free thanks to these guys! Lovely gentlemen who go above and beyond to ensure they leave their clients smiling - can’t thank them enough!
