Absolutely appalling. Me and my partner were buying a property through M&C and they were bluntly put 'a load of rubbish'. From the beginning there was no communication and we had to extend our mortgage deadline 3 times due to their incompetence to get any answers from the 3rd party solicitors. Im not sure if our experience was a 'one off' but id stay well clear.

We’ve just bought a property listed with M&C and couldn’t have been happier with their service. Communication has been 10/10 particularly with Sarah whom has dealt with us throughout! We’d attempted to purchase properties for 7 months prior with various estate agents all of which messed us around, accepted offers only to continue accepting offers, missed viewings, poor communication and no information about the properties they’re selling. With Martin and Co the process has been straight forward from start to finish!!! Could not recommend more. If you’re looking for a straight forward process, clear, helpful communications, and a fair agents who are there for both the vendors and the buyers then I definitely recommend them!

The staff here are friendly, professional and more importantly answer the phone.<br><br>They sold my property in Mansfield and it should have been a quick, simple, no chain sale, but issues outside of their control made it the opposite.<br><br>Sarah was a great help in navigating the unnecessary complexities that got in the way of the sale and she also kept me sane. I live outside of the UK and there assistance in visiting the property and assisting with the paper work was a blessing.<br><br>I would recommend this company due to their friendly staff and experience.

This company have been managing my property for the best part of a decade and have always been friendly, prompt, and very helpful. It's taken a lot of the time and stress off me and I've been very confident and happy to let them handle the day to day management of both the property and the tenants. They have also just helped me to sell it, and again, offered great advice and support throughout. It was marketed well and ended up having a (successful) bid within a few weeks, which was fantastic. Sarah and Vanessa have both been great throughout and I am thoroughly satisfied with the services provided.

The housing market is not easy to navigate nowadays and the agents are from top class to downright appalling, as I've found during the last few months.<br><br>I chose Martin & Co after having several agents visit me to show me their companies sales pitch & doing the usual Internet searches. I haven't looked back, Vanessa, Julie and Sarah have been amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind, not once did I have to chase for updates. Just this last month started renting a property through Martin & Co. From the first phone call with Julie in the office I could tell I had made the right choice. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie she was amazing from the start right through to handing over the keys. She was always positive and routing for that I could get the house I was after and we got there in the end. It was our first time in Nottingham, Mansfield and we were looking for a house. Its always a huge task to get a house especially when you have to go through financial checks and other bits. The worst part was I was over a hundred miles from where I was staying to Mansfield. I needed to view the house and also have the assurance that I will get it before I left.<br>Thanks to Julie Whitehouse for her true professionalism, I managed to view the house I had driven miles for and the best part was all the financial checks were done quick and I didn't have to wait long. We got the house we wanted end the journey back was shorter knowing we would be moving into a nice family house.<br>She was there to answer all questions and she never rushed us. We were treated so well.<br>Thank you once again Julie, we truly appreciate how helped us.

Jemma and her colleagues provided a very efficient service finding me a new long term tenant quickly. They also sorted out ancillary activities like getting a new EPC and EICR certificate (together with some remedial works) as well as managing the inventory and tenant move in.
