Heartbroken at not getting the house we wanted to buy due to major lack of communication from This estate agency. Having showed vast interest in the property no one contacted me to say they had other interest over the weekend (there being none previously) and we needed to get our buyers documents asap to get our offer in-meaning someone else swooped in without them Contacting me to let me know that this was happening and we could potentially lose out. Put in an Asking Price offer for a property, was told they was going to wait and see if any better offers came in for the property. I’m in a position with no chain. 5 days later they decide to call and say although my offer was the first, they are going with somebody else as they liked them more. This company is like Jekyll and Hyde, one rep left me and my wife feeling frustrated and depleted. They was difficult to deal with and a lack of customer service towards potential buyers. Then there was another rep who was professional and courteous throughout. Be warned, this company has no scruples they will attempt to take monies not due to them from your deposit, under TDS, regulation money cannot be deducted for outstanding bills, like utilities and council tax,bills legally belong to the individual, not the property,and how would they access private utility accounts ?...
