Our purchase came with more than its fair share of issues, but Kieran went above and beyond at every stage. He kept in regular contact, was always proactive in resolving problems, and genuinely worked tirelessly to help the sale go through. Kieran was not only professional and polite, but also showed real care and consideration for both us and the seller. Had my cash offer excepted and nearly 2 weeks later had call from mccartneys to say they’ve had better offer and were selling it to someone else !!! The property was marked as sold on mccartneys website and right move, totally unprofessional and unethical practice. To make things worse the owner of the property I was purchasing was owned by a member of mccartneys staff. My experience with mccartneys craven arms office was terrible very unprofessional and totally unethical. I’m not a happy man. Very very annoyed and disappointed with mccartneys.... Read more

Totally unprofessional,,,, I had my cash offer accepted and was with solicitors,, nearly 2 weeks later I get a call from McCartneys estate agent saying they’ve received a higher offer and were now selling to someone else !!!!!!! My offer had been accepted and was marked as sold with McCartneys and right move. To make things even more unprofessional the owner actually works for McCartney craven arms office ,, I feel so bad about this I don’t think I’ll ever deal with this totally unprofessional estate agent group again.
