I have found Michael Anthony Estate Agency to be very personable, from the initial meeting at my property to the update on viewings, discussion on pricing and dealing with potential buyers. They have a very positive attitude even when it went a bit quiet.
They carried out the EPC on my behalf which was very useful and meant I did not need to travel 30 miles to do it myself!
I enlisted their solicitor to keep matters in-house and this has made things easier all round, and I would use them also in the future.
The property is sold STC and we are all looking forward to a successful conclusion.
