I cannot recommend MJ Finn Commercial highly enough! From the beginning to end; Jojo, Martine and Louise were incredibly helpful, supportive and professional. When disagreements arose between the solicitors over legal clauses, they stepped in to mediate and resolve matters swiftly and amicably; well beyond what I would normally expect. Without their proactive involvement, the lease simply would not have completed. What impressed me even more was their post-completion support, which is virtually unheard of from agents. Simple questions such as 'when will the report be ready to send', were met with snobbish dismissive answers such as 'I don’t send it, speak to someone else'. I met with Dee who is amazing very friendly honest and a delight to deal with, she presented our offer to the landlord in a very professional manner, arranged a meeting in the office to meet with the Landlord. We received expert advice right from the beginning, from assessing the unlocked potential for our premises, to marketing and generating huge interest, all the way to facilitating the smooth completion of the lease itself - always working hard in our interest. Mike, Jojo and Dee were all easily accessible and always available to advise and guide us, always happy to take the time and never rushed. A special mention to Dee, who ultimately had the responsibility for finding us the right tenant - she did an amazing job!
