I met Rehan Dewji at the premises which looked as though it had quite a lot of renovations done but as soon as as he showed me into the hall and said it was upstairs I had to say no to it I cannot manage stairs anymore but it would be love for someone who could the hallway is quite wide and the stairs are wider than some I’ve seen I must thank Rehan for his time and hope he gets in touch with something more suitable in the LU3 area around Icknield way

As the landlord i called aleast 5 to 6 times whilst coming back to UK and everytime i left a message for someone to call me i had NO response what so ever. I would expect a professional service which I had with Neil in the past.
It makes me think that if my property was up for rent then what would happen if someone's was keen to rent... not what I would expect.

I did see the property with Eva Fossey and we start the process. She promised me in maximum 10 days I'll move in. Hardly to believe after more than one month of viewing and unsuccessful applications with another's agencies.
By the time Eva left in annual leave and from there Ibrar Miran take over the applications. He get in touch with me and sort out everything that was needed and get me in property before 10 days, as they promised.
Great Team work, professionalism and efficient communications between.

The stress doesn't start until you move in, I'd seriously think twice before using these again...and the stress continues after you've moved out!! Me and my partner have been renting a property for almost three years now . Where this company has gone through many restructures and people leaving the company . Where our property handover has not been handled properly. Where we wait months for response to emails contract renewals or communication between the landlord and ourselves. Which has been a struggle to find any answers, still waiting now for an investigation to be completed about their miss communication.
However I will say one BIG mention to Tyron in their maintenance department. First occasion I was mis directed to his department about contract renewal, even though it wasn't his job he chased up all the emails sent to me and my partner and got through to the right person to talk to the landlord to resolve a matter . This all completed in the same day , yet the lettings department take weeks or even months or never respond.
Ringing today for a specific maintenance problem with no hot water or heating for two days . He didn't hesitate and rang the contractor straight away to chase up why they haven't contact us . I remembered his voice and very thankful that it was him at the end of the phone knowing that the situation was being handled by a professional. Can not thank him enough for all his help while living in this property fulling well knowing this is not his job or his department to deal with half the issues we have had dealing with this estate agents.

Not impressed at all with this agency, they took over from my previous agency and honestly to have anything fixed in my flat is a nightmare. Have a problem with my bedroom window for over a year now and to today nobody bothered to show up.
Today I have reported another issue let's see how long this one is going to take.
So don't fool yourself I'd you can't repair thing at home they sure take their time and honestly don't bother much.

We rented our flat with Inspired Bletchley, now closed down. They changed their name to MK Property and moved to Newport Pagnell. They were absolutely the most useless, unhelpful, unprofessional and lazy letting agency. The main person we had to deal with was Rebecca B., the most ignorant unhelpful person there. She would never answer a call or return a call, never reply to email, always out of office when you call. Unfortunately it took 6 months to get our deposit back from a tenant due to Rebecca and her incompetence. Never ever use this letting agency, only unless you want to do everything yourself, because that`s what you will end up doing. We totally unrecommended this useless letting agency. It should be called uninspired, mainly due to incompetent lazy Rebecca.

There has been an ongoing problem with a roof leak in a flat I own in Luton that Tyron has been very helpful in trying to get resolved. Constantly sending emails to the management Co and copying me in as well as phone calls. The problem has not been fixed yet but should be soon, thanks to Tyron's proffesionalism. I cannot fault his conduct and help in this matter. I also highly recomended the company he works for .

I want to say a Big Big THANK YOU for them. They have been really nice, very informative about the properties and really helpful.Especially for me as my first language is not English,I felt really comfortable and the ladies was so friendly and kind to me.They did listen to me and from my explanation about the property I would like and would consider to purchase, the Charley offered me to view another property from one of the area that I wasn’t sure about it,but I thought okay I will give it a go.And OMG the house was lovely,so nice and clean,very well maintained ,the house looked exactly the way Charley described,I guess you can’t only judge the house by the area,it’s definitely worth it to go and see yourself first.Let me tell you ,she was right the house looked amazing,the neighbourhood looked quiet as well and other houses around was well maintained too.Not long after viewing a house I have made an offer,pretty much a few minutes later.

Absolute shambles. On move in they forgot to take a copy of my passport, which then led to Lauren repeatedly calling and emailing for this to be sent over (whilst I was moving my things in), even after I had done so. It is also now coming up to a month without any internet, so stay away if you value a cheap phone bill. This issue was also ignored for over a week, since then we have been told multiple dates for when it will be active, and unsurprisingly this hasn’t happened still. They also sent everyone the incorrect contract, which we were hassled again to sign. This happened twice, as they then realised they had missed vital information out! Overall completely unorganised, unreliable, and just a nightmare to deal with. Only redeeming factor is they seem like nice people. (Assisted by Lauren and Will)

Unprofessional team. I called William McCusker 4 times to book a viewing. He told me that he doesn't have the permission of the landlord to carry on with the viewings. Also he didn't call me back as he said. Yesterday I called again and a lady told me that the property has been let agreed already. I asked to be called by the office manager Danielle, but she didn't call me. I don't recommend this agency because you cannot rely on.

This is the worst agency I every came across. The entire management is totally unprofessional and unethical and refuses to meet in person or on call. Take months to reply back on emails.
Rebecca Beer was our property manager.
Till this date, I'm struggling to get my deposit back even after 2 months since I left the property. I've been charged hefity amount for some of the repair works which were broken even before I moved into the property. (Same thing happened with previous tenants as well).
Don't fall into their trap as they don't care about their tenants, just look out for any other agency in MK but this.
I've already raised a compaint with MK council to take strict actions against them.

I had a great experience with MK Property, Katie Washington hosted a viewing of an apartment I was interested in renting, and she was quick to answer any questions I had about the property or the leasing process, and put me at ease with any concerns I had about what I needed to do or what was expected of me for referencing. Once a lease had been agreed, Grace Page went to great lengths helping me understand everything about the onboarding, and gave me a thorough overview of all the relevant certifications and inventory checks.

Please do not do business with this Agency!. A lot of fake reviews here, Please don't fall for it. .. We gave this company our flat to manage. we were told tenant will be advised when renting the flat to make deposit for damages and that will be used to renovate the flat incase that happens. Agent failed to inspect the property; When they decided to do the inspection it was too late, the whole house was already damaged; doors, wall, windows etc .. Agency is now asking us to pay for the damages.. What happens to the tenant deposit? what happened to the pictures taken before the tenant moved in? If that property was in the state it is now, would you have agreed to manage it? Absolutely gutted!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, extra damage was reported when tenancy started, this was noted by the original md, who didn't add it to the notes. We have now been charged for damage we didn't cause. This isn't the first time these have done this read the other reviews, if you do use please make sure you go through the whole property with a fine tooth comb, certain staff are also very rude and think they are above the law...

Enquired on a property a couple days ago, as I wondered where the bed was in a studio flat. Was rang up today and given such sarcastic and rude remarks, saying the sofa is a sofa bed. Of course this was not made clear, and for £183 a week, a sofa bed as a standard seemed wrong. I only stated 2 questions such as about it being furnished, and to each question received rudeness. I then said "Okay thank you have a good day" and received a loud "SO YOU DON'T WANT IT THEN" down the phone. The phone call was only a minute long and was left feeling taken aback, didn't realise sales were made this way...

The worst estate agents/landlords i have ever rented off, property was given to me filthy and i was told their cleaner was sick. The garden was over grown and had rotting rubbish at the back. The maintenance is done by a guy khal who works there and is was done so poorly he left holes in the walls which i had to repair myself. And then of course at the end of the tenancy are trying to make me pay for a full professional clean despite giving it to me in that state (when i had a 3 year old child). They are very rude and have quite a bad reputation. Id stay well clear of these people GOT MY MONEY BACK THROUGH THE DISPUTE AGENCY THOUGH SO APPEAL ANYTHING THEY TRY AND TAKE FROM YOU

Very bad experience! totally unprofessional agency. After we viewed a property, we proceeded with the application forms and we told them we have informed our landlord from the flat we were staying that we would move out in a month. All the forms could not be filled and sent through their PDF so, we had to print and scan all of them and send them back. Because of the lockdown and the restrictions, this took us a week as we do not have a printer and a scanner at our home. When we were ready and we had sent the forms and we were waiting for their response with regard to when we could move in, they sent me an email saying that they received the holding deposit from another party and they could not proceed further with us. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

I am impressed from the amount of fake positive reviews given to this agency. Absolutely crazy. Let me tell you my experience with those chaps, 2.5 year renting a flat which I have maintained in spotless conditions. Some previous tenants damages which I have been told do not worry about it. In these 2.5 year the rent raised from £800 to £850 and ultimately to £895 with no upgrade or any sort of benefit for me. The owner kept the garage, the flat has no balcony when others do and the son of the owner was doing some dodgy dealings at the garage from time to time. Once the owner came at the door on Saturday at 9am with no previous warning. Long story short, when I moved out the agency asked me for paying the previous tenant damages and wanted a deep cleaning of the flat which was quite spotless. These ppl at the agency are false, don't trust them, ask for have everything in writing and most important: do not pay for damages you haven't done. Just find another agency trust me.

Extremely negative experience with this agency. Be aware that as per many other agencies when you will check your property out they will find something to let you pay. In my case I have been charged for something that was clearly been damaged before my tenancy. I have raised this with both the agency staff and the landlord months before to leave and was all well and good up to the day I have left the flat when everything turned against myself. Also, be careful with your rent as it will increase after few months and the increase will just go straight into MK Property pockets. I have paid almost £2K deposit and other fees and when I left a quarter of that disappeared in cleaning fees, previous tenants’ damages and other robberies. Watch out and don’t believe a word of what they will tell you. Take photographs and do not accept rent increases. Very unreliable bunch chaps, slightly racist too.
