Exceptional service provided by Moorhouse estate agents. Jason helped sell our house earlier this year. Right from the initial meeting, we knew we were in safe hands with his calm and friendly approach. They are a family business who provide the best estate agent service I have ever come across and take pride in their service. The whole process from marketing, to viewings and completion we were kept up to date by Jason and Holly. The main difference between Moorhouse and one of the bigger chains is the personal service you receive. We were kept up to date on feedback from viewings and never had to chase for this and they were very responsive by phone/email. From my experience you don't get this with the bigger chain estate agents. Jason is the best estate agent I have come across and has excellent market knowledge, great communication and most importantly treated us as a friend not just a customer. I would say Jason is the best estate agent in the area! We have just completed a house purchase with Jason, from the first time we met to the end of the completion, Jason is so helpful and patient during the whole process.
The house we bought was not the only one we viewed, Jason didn't urge us to make decision, we were welcomed to book as many as viewings, he introduced each house with full knowledge of the house, gave us opinions for renovation or extension.

The best estate agents in the area! We swapped from a bigger chain estate agent’s after a the initial few viewings due to a lack of communication and average work from them. We then received a flyer through the post from Moorhouse, which changed everything. Jason was great straight from the off, from the promotion of the house, to the expert photos. Importantly for us, it was the regular communication and updates, along with a steady stream of viewers. Proactive, Professional & Outstanding, are just a few of the words I would use to describe Jason and the team. We’re not short of estate agents in the area and having had a few bad experiences previously, I made sure to do my due diligence and research into the best agent before putting my house on the market to be sold. Jason goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble and you always feel like you are a priority. Given his wealth of experience in property, he is a fountain of knowledge, yet he remains extremely down to earth with no big ego. I seldom write reviews, but in this instance where my expectations were not only met but surpassed, it would be churlish not to.
From the moment I met Jason from Moorhouse, I felt confident that I had found someone that knew his trade and that I could trust and relate to.
He promised results selling my property and he got them with clear, constant communication throughout the process. The photos and write up on Righmove were superb, showing off the property at it's very best resulting in an offer that we accepted within a week.
That said, Jason was never pushy either with myself or the buyer and the whole sale process went through without stress or concern.
I would use Moorhouse again and recommend them without reservation.

I have interacted with many agents as a buyer but this is the first time I interacted with an agent as a seller. I decided to choose Moorhouse after researching local property agents. Initially I was not sure how it will work as the company was new but all my doubts went off as soon as I had my first meeting with Jason. Even though we couldn't sell the house due to many factors I was very happy with the dealing I had with Jason. He is very professional and down to earth. He did almost everything and anything to sell the house but unfortunately we couldn't sell the house. Jason kept me up-to date with all the information he had with viewings.
