From the first meeting Craig was upfront & answered any questions & concerns I had.
Keeping me informed at all times.
Lisa saw most of the viewers around & nothing was a problem for her. Giving me feedback after each viewing.
Move On was not local to me, however, this was never an issue. Coming back & forward at all times as I was unable to show potential buyers around due to health reasons. Which took a great deal of stress away from me.

They were brilliant from start to end. They are a small family run business. I met with Craig at the property, he explained everything to me, I gave him a key and he and his team did the rest. Easy as that.
All during the process of organising Home Reports, Lawyers and arranging visits, we had nothing to do, they took care of everything.
And again, all through the selling process, they kept me informed of the progress. Brilliant service.
I've never sold a house before, but if I had to get involved again, Move On would be contacted to do this for me.

Outstanding service from Craig and Lisa went above and beyond in all aspects of the process.Firstly very professional and client focused great communication and nothing was too much trouble Secondly they got house sold for a great price and in under two weeks. Aftersales service was superb from them both there were a couple of survey, lawyer and legal issue after the sale was agreed which was stressful but Craig and Lisa kept a cool head and walked us through the issues one of which involved Craig getting stuck in measuring outside in terrible weather there were several other instances where he was more than just an estate agent you felt as if you were more than a number they wanted the best for you would not hesitate to recommend moveon estate agents and would definitely use them again

Craig and the Move On team did a fantastic job on my customers house sale and purchase. They had lots of viewers, handled the viewings, received several offers over valuation.
When the buyer hit a problem with the Sale of their house, and to withdrew, Craig got the person who gave the 2nd best offer to re/offer. This ended up higher than the original first offer!
He also helped them secure a home in a different area.
Can’t recommend Craig and move On enough.

Met with Craig at Move On to get our house valued. Really friendly and knowledgeable about prices in the area. Showed me examples of similar properties nearby, what they had sold for and the differences with my property. Ended up not moving in the end but very very happy with the service received and would absolutely use Move On in the future. Definitely recommend compared to some of the other local estate agents we dealt with.

Absolutely amazing family run estate agent. Very reasonable cost and Craig and Lisa went above and beyond what they were being paid for with our house sale and new purchase. im told i am quite a strong personality and often difficult to get on with but the people at Move On are very professional (and they listen) so my ego never became an issue. also - the 1st buyer, which we accepted for my property, pulled out of the sale but it only took Move On 10 days to find another. in fact they found three more potential buyers (on top of the five which they found first time we listed).
