Complete waste of time. Misrepresented the commercial listing-stated it has a bath as well but non existent bath/toilet. Wasted 3 hours as we travelled from a different city. Not recommended.

Viewed a property listed by this company, price was cheaper than 9/10 on the market, the limited photographs on the listing looked promising initially, when viewing in person a number of issues were present some of which were quite alarming when considering it as potential accommodation, personal opinion so it could be a one off / bad luck

I would not recommend this Estate Agent under any circunstances. A number of properties have a high incidence of deaths taking place around every three months. Move Up actively support the landlord in removing safety measures for tenants. Tenants live un fear for their safety and within six months lose contact with their friends and family due to the intimidating and grooming behaviour of the estate agent employees who have threatened tenants if they dare leave the building, complain or report misconduct. In the event a complaint is made the Estate Agents raise false reports of misconduct against the tenant and deny witness testimonies. The employees have also silenced witness tenants to further isolate and control tenants into submission. There is a possibility the estate agent is linked to grooming activity.

I have had a disappointing experience with Hassan. In my interactions, I found him to be unprofessional and dismissive of customer concerns.
For example, when legitimate issues were raised by tenants, I experienced responses such as subtle laughter or minimising of the problem, which I felt was inappropriate.
In addition, I have felt at times that personal beliefs held by Hassan in a way that suggests others are expected to share or follow them. While everyone has the right to their own beliefs, in a any setting these should be kept private and should not influence how customers are treated.
I hope staff including Hassan receive appropriate training on distinguishing between what is right and what is wrong.

Hassan is very good at finding decent tenants. In all 4 of my properties I have, Hassan has done all the checks and handled everything without any hassle. In the last 10 years I haven’t had to wait longer than 1 week for my property to have a new tenant. And every property has had long term tenants who have then stayed and stayed even when I have raised the rent the following year. Hassan ensures all the check that are carried out will also cover you through your landlord insurance incase your tenants fall in to rent arrears.

My interaction with Move Up regarding a rental property left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite confirmation from the landlady that the property was available, our experience was marred by the rude behavior of an individual named Usman.
When my mother contacted Move Up, Usman displayed appalling conduct, showing disinterest and providing incorrect information. He insisted the property wasn't vacant despite our prior confirmation, and he was dismissive towards our inquiries.
Furthermore, Usman's disrespectful attitude and blatant lies about the property's status were unacceptable. His conduct reflects poorly on Move Up and raises serious concerns about their professionalism and commitment to fair treatment. Such behaviour has no place in customer service, and it's evident that Usman's personal biases hindered our ability to view the property. I will also be submitting a complaint as no one should be spoken to that way.

Was new in Bradford, just came in from Nigeria. I had a lot of problems getting an apartment. A friend recommended Moveup and they made it so easy. All it took was a proper check on me. The house I live in now was through moveup. Hassan helped me settle in, always prompt when the house needs fixing. Though they hardly take calls but very prompt with replies to messages and fast action. I truly recommend moveup for new immigrants and new settlers.

Move up have been amazing over the last two years since I joined them! I live in Birmingham remote to where my house is. All of my dealings with the Move Up team has been via phone and email which obviously therefore relies on a lot of trust. At no point have I had any cause for concern and the team have Let my property in no time at all and it has been going great since they took over. They contact me promptly and keep me fully informed at all times. They deal with any issues with clarity and transparency which is essential when I live so far away. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COWBOYS. WENT TO VIEW HOUSE. DECIDED TO RENT IT, SIGNED CONTRACT, PAID DEPOSIT AND 1 MONTH RENT UPFRONT. GOT KEYS AND THERE WAS NO RUNNING ELECTRICITY OR GAS!!!! REFUSED TO GIVE MONIES BACK UNTIL THEY GOT LETTER FROM COURT VIA SOLICITOR.

This is best agency in Bradford, never had any problems with them. They are honest! You pay and you get your wanted house, // not like other agencies when you pay 'application fee' + other fees and got nothing because they want to take cash from as many people as they can and rent a house after 6 months:D// Never had this kind of issues with MOVE UP! I would recommend this agency to anyone. I have always paid them during signing a tenancy agreement and this is why I found them very honest and trustworthy. Never had problems with Landlords as well, I was allowed to have pets and no one ever bothered me at home. THIS IS BEST AGENCY EVER.

Horrible Waste Of Time! I live in London and traveled 3 hours to view the property only for Adam to tell me, it wasn't where he said it was, it was actually the same road name, just a few miles out of Bradford. Adam showed me two properties, they were good and he offered me a good price. We agreed to let one and everything seemed good. He didn't give me any paperwork and just said he'd be in touch the next day. I messaged him two days later and he said he'd get back to me. A week later no response. I messaged him again, two weeks later no response. I'm appalled. I agreed a house with another landlord before and then cancelled after agreeing to this property, now I've now lost that property and the £80 spent travelling.
