Terrible agency- wanted to book a viewing for a property on sale and spoke with a lady who said she would call me back once she checked availability of current tenant. Tried to call the agency multiple times, left voicemail but they never called back after 2 weeks of attempts. Gave up on this! I would never want to buy a house managed by an agency who doesn’t even bother answering the phone!!!

Melanie's managing style of the properties is exceptional. She is knowledgeable, practical and helpful and always thinks quickly on her feets if any issues arise.
If there is any work to be done she notifies all parties involved, swiftly obtains necessary quotes so that the work can be carried out promptly. I would definitely recommend MyCastle Ltd if you are looking for a professional approach with human touch.

I had an appointment to view a flat today with Melanie. I received the virtual video of the flat when I was already on my way. Even though the virtual video was agreed to be send to me 2 days ago. The video however was NOT what had been advertised on their website and therefore agreed for viewing. I tried calling the lady and she did not even bothered to answer my call. She texted me instead saying that what had been advertised was wrong. I found this service extremely UNPROFESSIONAL as they are misleading customers with wrong information. I had to leave my house 2 hours earlier because I live on the other side of London and in the end for nothing. Not even an apology! Please update your details for the sake of others!!!!!

Awful experience!!! I went for a viewing with estate agent Melanie she seemed really friendly and seemed keen for me to rent the property. Then 2 days later I emailed her to say that I would like to put down a deposit, there was no reply by the next day, so I called her. No answer, so later that day I called again. No answer. During the course of the week I called and emailed 5 times. Finally she answer one of my calls to say that she had been sick and she needed to see if a deposit has been put down on the house and that she would call me back and let me know. She never called back. I called her to find out that this house had gone. Very unhelpful and unprofessional.
