Do not recommend. Asked them for fully manage my property. They transfer it to a stirlingackroyd without my permission. The new company doesn’t even know my property is fully managed. Slow in response. Never response to me regarding discontinue the contract but will response to other emails ???????????. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Do not use their services. Take weeks to reply to emails once you start working with them and usually don't reply before sending reminders. It has been 2 months I have left the flat and still no news from my deposit. When I arrived in London, they told me I couldn't have the flat because I hadn't paid the first rent whereas I had never been told I had to pay it before moving in. I think it is truly the least efficient company I have worked with in my life. Happy new year.... Read more
