There is absolutely no question about this.If you are buying, selling or renting a property, Natasha Howarth Estate Agent is without any doubt the very best there is.
With a very difficult sale, not because of our buyers, who again were also very good, but problems with the ones below them caused a 6 months time delay between the offer and exchange, it’s not been easy.
This has given my wife and I lots of time to get to know Natasha, I’m really glad we did this. Natasha is so good at putting your mind at ease whilst working tirelessly to GET THE JOB DONE... Going way above what is expected of her, doing the work that incompetent other estate agents and solicitors should have done. We had a nightmare journey to view our future home as we were coming from the Forest of Dean (where we had viewed another property) to Bridgwater on the Friday the M5 was blocked. It took us 4 hours give or take! Natasha was very kindly hanging on so we could view. The thought of getting there after all that time and then being told 'sorry, I've gone home' was an agonising thought. We arrived at 6pm and there she was, as promised. From then on the journey from buying to us exchanging has been brilliant as Natasha was there with us every step of the way, with her sense of humour! Liaison was great, especially as we were living in Eastbourne at the time. We would definitely recommend her and would go with her again.

Natasha Howarth is by far the best in town! Although we was not using her to sell our property (wish we did) we were buying a property that Natasha was selling on behalf of her client.
Nearly every day we would get updates from Natasha with advice and any updates we needed. Amazingly our own estate agents were not doing that but Natasha was there on hand for anything we needed, nothing was too much trouble.
Please use Natasha Howarth estate agents and anyone else she would recommend as part of the whole process because we cannot appreciate or rate her highly enough, without Natasha, we would probably have pulled out of the deal due to a lack of communication from everyone, she has really helped us out.
If I could give Natasha more than a 5 stars, I would no question.

WOW. What a completely refreshing approach Natasha Howarth Estate Agents has to both buying and selling of houses. After encountering some problems with another local long standing estate agent who failed us in making our sale happen, we were sceptical about repeating the process. We needn’t worry we were in safe hands. With a full asking price offer within two weeks we were both excited and afraid. What to buy, where to go….. we needn’t have worried Natasha offered a number of great properties which matched our criteria. Any estate agent can appear good when things go to plan, the really great ones come to light when they don't. This is why we were glad to have chosen Natasha.
We encountered a number of problems with our sale, none of which was of Natasha's doing, but Natasha took personal ownership and resolved them all.
Nothing was to much trouble, Natasha chased the various Solicitors and Estate Agents down the chain, and even Land Registry to resolve issues.
To say she took some of the stress away from us is an understatement.
We always felt in safe hands, could always contact Natasha and received constant updates on the process.
It always felt as though we were dealing with a friend (a very professional friend) not just an estate agent.

We have had the best experience and couldn’t have asked for a more genuine estate agent, she has kept us updated from day one and checked in on us when it had been a while. She has explained everything we didn’t understand as first time buyers and she really looks after you the whole way through, making sure you understand everything that is going on and is more than happy to answer any “silly” questions

If you want the job handled professionally from start to finish with precise follow ups and timeous feedback then she is definitely the agent to use. I was presented with three offers and each one explained to me in a precise manner to assist me in accepting the best offer to suit my circumstances. It has turned out to be the best decision I have made! She certainly is a cut above the rest.
