We recently sold our house through Naylor Powell and worked closely with Robert and Sim. We chose them because every time we viewed a property with Naylor Powell as buyers, they were professional, well-informed and genuinely knew everything about the house, the area and the sellers – and that’s exactly the experience we wanted for our own sale.
The process turned out to be a long one with a few hiccups, through all of this, Robert and Sim remained unfazed. They were confident they would find us the right buyer and dealt with every setback in a calm, collected and realistic way.
Communication was excellent throughout. They used a combination of WhatsApp, phone and email. They were always happy to pick up the phone, always clear in their explanations, and their honesty and down-to-earth approach really helped reduce the stress.
Sim in particular was relentless in chasing solicitors on both sides to keep things moving and ensure a smooth sale, and in the end we were very happy with the final sale price.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robert, Sim and Naylor Powell to anyone looking to sell their home.

From our first meeting, I knew Robert was the man for the job! I cannot fault the care and attention given by Robert. He’s an absolute star; professional, friendly, firm but fair with fantastic communication. Qualities that are crucial for the property market, which at times can be brutal and stressful. But felt totally at ease with the process.

Leah, Robert and Sam at the Hucclecote branch are welcoming and friendly, which made them very approachable. Their knowledge of the market was evident with any questions (no matter how trivial) being answered promptly and honestly, putting my situation at the forefront of any decision making.
They were especially great at proactively seeking information where required from myself, the buyer or solicitors. Ensuring that I was kept up to date at least once a week. I particularly liked that they had the option to use WhatsApp for communicating, which suited me better than email.
Despite my sale not running as smoothly as hoped (through no fault of their own!) I would use their services again and recommend to others also.

Granted that my relationship with the team was that of a buyer - cash buyer no chain - the best form of buyer and worthy of the very best treatment, I felt I would have benefited from the same excellent service had I not been that buyer.
They worked as a team. Their thinking 'joined up' and every man jack knew the status of my purchase, what was required and details of previous conversations. Even anticipatory eg suggesting that I might need surveyors and offering a selection. They would go the extra mile arranging extra viewings at short notice, acting as intermediary between me, my solicitors, vendors solicitors, having difficult discussions on my behalf with the vendors etc. Together with a deep knowledge of the area, what was happening, what was not - and their personableness have got to make Naylor Powell Hucclecote one of the best go-to companies to buy or sell houses.

I dealt with the agents at the Hucclecote Office, Robert, Leah and Sam whom I found to be approachable, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. Naylor Powell had been asked to provide a probate valuation for my parents house in Hucclecote, and took the initiative in following up for a potential sale after a suitable interval. Their valuation was higher than other (local) agents and proved to be close to the offers we were getting (thus validating their local knowledge of the area) before we withdrew the house from the market; this was for personal reasons unrelated to Naylor Powell. I am sure they would have continued with the relevant aspects of the sale in the same manner as before. I would certainly recommend them and/or use again in similar circumstances or if we put the house back on the market.

Fantastic service. I called about a property that I’d like to see and Robert managed to get me a viewing within 2hrs saving me a long trip back to Gloucestershire. That’s almost unheard of so you can imagine how pleased I was.

I popped into Naylor Powell when I was looking for a place to buy (1st time buyer.)
nothing was to much bother for them.
Leah was so polite helpful and so was all of the staff here.
I have since purchased a property from a different estate agents who has not be as forthcoming with information.
I of course not knowing much about purchasing a property went and spoke to the team again for more advise.
Yet again nothing seemed to bother them and gave me advice.
As i am a first time buyer my knowledge of what to expect is very slim. Leah and the team have pointed me in the right direction and have given me advice from the word go.
And with out their assistance in this matter i would of been so so lost.
i have been in Naylor Powell more times than i have heard from the other estate agent.
