Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.... Read more

Simon from NBS came to me when I really needed to sell my pub . I’ve been with other estate agents but Simon seemed refreshing . He told me he would sell my pub within 6 months and 2 months down the line not only has he sold it but for over the asking price ! This man is driven like you wouldn’t believe .
