Steve came and assessed our property and did not pester us for a decision to us Nestledin. When we signed up pictures were taken and posted on Rightmove almost immediately resulting in viewings and a quick sale.Communication has been great all through the process

I had a good and bad experience with Nestledln.
The valuation , photos and videos of my house were fantastic. Very knowledgable and very friendly. Very quick turn around to get my property advertised.
Communication was great at first but then it dropped off . I felt like they were not really giving me pointers to how I could help to sell my house .
I also was wanting to buy a house from them as well and put an offer in on a property they were selling. They could not seem to marry the two together that I was wanting to buy and sell from them . I had a phone call about the property I was wanting to buy and I was asked how i was getting on selling my own home . I said well you are selling it and the lady had no idea they were also selling mine aswell .
They also did not let me know the house I had an offer in for had been sold to someone else . I had to learn on social media that it was sold . When I rang to ask they had no intention of letting me know it was just “ oh yes it’s be sold to someone in a better position “ . This is fine it happens but I do think they should let you know .
I did think the communication could be so much better .
I chose to take my home off the market and not to sell . My house is no longer on the market.
They are a very friendly team and lovely to talk to. When I chose to take my house off the market the lady that I spoke to was so lovely and wished me well .

We changed estate agents after 4 months to Haybrooks and went online Friday 16th May 2025 with them .
Nestledin seem to care more about obtaining as many properties on they can on their portfolio which made getting new photographs etc take up-to two weeks or more waiting time , we also didn’t have any contact from them about an appraisal of how the sale was doing and could we amend or improve anything .

the advertised the house amazingly I never struggled to get hold of them they was always there to answer any questions they also gave me updates every week,
I would 100 percent use nestledin again and I highly recommend them.

A truly professional service by a great team of ladies in the office. I encountered some legal issues and the staff particularly Jan and Natalie kept on top of it and wouldn’t let solicitors sit on it. If it wasn’t for them I would still be waiting to complete. They kept me up to date with regular phone calls on any updates and were always willing to go that extra mile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

The young ladies in the office were absolutely amazing. I had lots of problems with legal issues and a lack of communication. Nestledin got on top of it and helped make things happen. My property is a period ( 1900s) house and nestledin clearly have experienced and knowledge in selling these types of properties.
My experience has overall been very positive and despite approaches from other agents, I wouldn't have left nestledin. They have provided lots of reassurance and advice so far and are always happy to help.
My only ( very minor niggle) was that I wasn't able to read the advert/ write up before it went live. I wanted to see this so that I could ensure there were no inaccuracies. There was quite a large omission ( about my property having parking) of which is supplied copies of the conveyancing documents straight away and Steve updated the advert. This is a huge selling point for the property.

10:10 for this company. Excellent customer service. Jan booked viewings and kept me informed on a daily basis, then when a sale was agreed she updated me on a weekly basis, even when there was no progress to discuss. Excellent marketing systems. Viewings were booked even before the house had gone on the internet sites, and the property sold before the board was erected in my garden. Steve is friendly but professional and very knowledgeable about house selling and of the local area. No flannel, straight talking and promises kept. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use it again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Steve came out to value and photograph house on 19th August. It was on Rightmove by 20th August. Buyers moved in 20th October 22. All the staff were amazing answering any question with confidence. We had 2 days of viewing. House sale agreed with buyer in 10 days from it going online. Jan was our go to person. She was knowledgeable, helpful and importantly reassuring. I would highly recommend NestleIn to anyone Buying or Selling. Thank you team you were all amazing.

I can't praise Nestledin highly enough - after being messed around by another estate agent we changed to Nestledin - we so wished we had gone with them in the first place! Not only did they sell our house we got £10,000 MORE than the asking price!
