A total let down, been promised on so many occasions to be let down every time for my revaluation, have used the company in the past with no problem but somethings changed and there's only so many times you can be let down.
Very disappointed in the way i have been treated.

This is probably the best commercial agent in the area. Steve and his colleagues goes the extra mile to get things sorted. Have used them for many years and They ve always kept me informed in every stage. Previous negative reviews does not reflect how this company operates

we live in a building they are supposed to be responsible for. Zero contribution to the building, no notices, no rules, no health and safety, they lack the ability to hire professional workmen, but surely they pick up a good deal of money for nothing. Please do not respond. Left without hot water for three months during the pandemic, begin work without notification to any tenants that they will be knocking holes in the walls that they supposed to have repaired two years ago, and now will get paid again ???????????????????????? omg it’s so bad it’s funny.

I instructed 2 local agents to act in the marketing of an office plus Flat . The only agent that took an interest was
Nettleship Sawyer . They were very professional in the dealings with us. Advising me the market conditions and reporting back with feed back what the prospective purchaser thought .Good or bad that is what a vendor wants to hear also advice how the conditions have changed

Terrible Management! No consideration whatsoever to peoples personal circumstances. Access to properties demanded at very short notice and no option to schedule a different time. It is their way or the highway. Then threaten to charge the owners if tenants cannot be available upon request. I have never heard of a professional business dealing with the public in this way!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF. LOTS OF CUTTING OF CORNERS, LEASES THAT WILL BANKRUPT YOU AND NOT A SINGLE CARE FOR THE TENANTS. THEY OPERATE AS CLOSE TO ILLEGAL AS POSSIBLE - IN MY CASE ACTUALLY ILLEGAL. BUT THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE
