I was recommended this company, but I was hesitant since they were new. However, the 8% management fee was enough to make me reconsider. It’s been a few months now, and I’m so glad I switched! They’ve been proactive from the very beginning, and I’m saving 4% plus VAT by being with a better agent. Keep up the excellent work, New Age!

New age review
Me and my partner used New age in June 2024 as we liked there offer at the time which was sell your house for free. We did end up paying for professional photos and the house to go on Rightmove as we wanted to sell quickly before Christmas. Did have a issue with payment but did eventually get sorted.
Soon as the house was on the market I had numerous phone calls from other local estate agents bad mouthing New Age Sales & lettings and telling me to go with them which was unprofessional from there part.
We got a buyer a month later and from there Chris and the team have notified me and my partner about the next steps and if we needed any information we could even speak to Chris after his working hours which was great as I'm clueless on this stuff.
We found our house with a different local estate agent and these have been shocking. Chris had to get involved with emailing this estate agents to get everything moved quickly as we was ment to move in September, we are now in January. (Finally moved in February 2025)
I would recommend New age to anyone who wants to sell or rent as they just tell you as it is (not like other estate agents who lie just to get you on there books) and will definitely answer the phone to you if you need anything (again not like the other estate agent who ignore your call so you have to call with a withheld number ????)

Communication was poor, forgetting about the person buying a listing.
Vendor pulled out decided not to sell and no phone call or email to let us know. Property was still listed, Wasting a good 2 to 3 weeks. Only found out by chasing for an update on the chain position

In the harsh reality of selling and buying a home the team at New Age made it so simple.
They are so transparent and trusting and that’s all you can ask for. Hardworking is an understatement, they would always find a way to keep me updated or call me back if i had missed their calls due to work even if they had finished for the day!
