What a shame - Mel the owner called with great enthusiasm for a massive Boxing Day launch with very competitive fees. Sadly never executed other than wrong addresses, wrong names, wrong amount of bedrooms with massive inflated fee contracts sent. Mel, then was completely uncontactable by phone or email. It then took weeks for our non contractual instructed properties to be removed from his listings!

Terrible experience. Appointments booked and never fulfilled. Unable to contact Mel by phone or email. Asked for property to be removed from market 31 July. Ignored all requests by phone and email. When challenged by phone eventually Mel screamed and shouted down the phone at me. Had to end call as so distressing.

I've had my property up for sale with this estate agent for almost 4 months, I haven't heard nothing from them since instructing them to sell my property apart from a 10 week seller report of the local market. After the 12 week sole seller rights passed, I gave them the 28 day cancellation notice and have still heard nothing back from Melvyn or his sidekick. Having been down past his little shop weekly, I noticed my property wasn't even in the window for a good 10/12 week period which he boasts 'you're property will be in our town centre location' utter crap and utter shoddy agents, steer clear of you want my advice. Little fish, big pond. Joker

We recently sold our house with Nexmove. It was a "personality house" as someone described it, very old and charming but not an easy sell. Rachael was absolutely brilliant, coaxing the sale process, the buyers as well as us throughout every stage with patience and never failing enthusiasm. We really don't think any other agent would have given us the time and energy she did to get us across the line. In the office Donna was always available to answer calls and between them they made what is inevitably always a stressful process as streamlined as it could be. We really recommended them!

Terrible communication from this Estate Agency. During the process of purchasing properties through them they would constantly call chasing for updates and try scaring us by telling us the vendor was considering pulling out if we didn't hurry up, even though the purchases were progressing as fast as they could.
Once completion took place, they would not respond to any of my emails or phone calls with my queries regarding the properties and when we did finally get hold of them, we were told 'we aren't dealing with these properties anymore'.
