Katrina did a fabulous job coaxing the whole sales process forward.
Our property had been on the market with two other agencies for around 12 months without success. Katrina brought fresh marketing strategies that added much impetus which resulted in an offer almost immediately.
Although the sales chain was relatively short there were several complications which Katrina helped resolve by nudging along the relevant solicitors and estate agents. Her communication with me was prompt and helpful throughout. Katrina's real passion for her work is unlike that I've found with other agencies.
The sales market within our part of Cumbria is not straightforward, Katrina's tenacity pushed our sale forward to enable happy completion yesterday. Thank you!

Katrina isn’t an estate agent, she’s a property buyer or seller’s best friend. She knows what you want before you know it yourself, can make a viewing happen on a bank holiday and most definitely isn’t working 9 till 5 to make a living. We only discovered Katrina after putting our property up for sale with some old school numpties but their apathetic approach to selling versus Katrina’s proactive dynamism on the buying side testified that if you have a choice, go with Katrina.

We have been lucky to meet Katrina while purchasing a property and i’m glad that it happened! We couldn’t possibly use anyone else now that we have seen how she works! I remember enquiring about a property and that being not what we were looking for, so she immediately asked us what we were after. Fast-forward a year or so after we started chatting, and I asked her to come and value my property. She was exactly who I hoped she'd be. Friendly. Professional. Knowledgeable. She was even able to find me a buyer without my house ever going on the open market!

Where do I start! What an amazing lady! If it wasn’t for Katrina we would not of had our dream property.
