We can't fault Brunel Estate Agents. From the moment Harry visited to value the house until the moment we finally completed, everyone in the team was professional, helpful and most importantly, proactive. Great care was taken when showing people around the house to make sure they respected our house rules (shoes off), and the house was always left as it was found. When problems occurred elsewhere in the chain, the team handled our panicked calls sensitively and calmly and acted upon them immediately, which was much appreciated. Despite the bottom of the chain failing to complete on the day, Harry kept chasing the solicitors, and kept us in the loop so that we knew we had his support in trying to complete our own piece of the chain. He has been absolutely fantastic - sold the house in double quick time (we were with him only a few months). 1% fee - no VAT and certainly his service was outstanding. The conveyance was made turbulent due to a problem in the chain but Harry's knowledge made it stress free and prevented the chain from breaking down. We have now exchanged and I highly recommend....
