Excellent service from Fay O'Connell. We viewed a house being sold by her and she was extremely well informed and was able to answer every question we asked. She was very helpful in telling about possible solutions to problems with the house we were viewing.
Provided a lot of information about the locality as we're not from Gloucester.

Not a fair party when it come to review of the deposit. Started the email to us accusing us of damage that was show in the original inventory of the rent. Acted like bully's and that they knew better when they were clearly not looking at the original inventory at all. The way that the process of moving out from one of their managed properties was handled was slow, poorly managed and the customer service was shocking.

Had a really good experience with O’Connell property agents. We purchased a house that was advertised through them. They got us in for a viewing the next day meaning we were the first and only people to view the house. Rob met us at the house and ensured our offer was put to the vendor very quickly and efficiently. He also came to give us an 2nd to get an opinion on something from a tradesman.
We then dealt with Amie who was the sales progressor and she was absolutely brilliant. Despite me inundating her with calls, she stayed so friendly and did everything she could to ensure completion happened before the stamp duty rise. Was a pleasure to deal with everyone at O’Connelld and would highly recommend.

This is the third time that we have utilised the services of O ‘Connell Property services; once as buyers & twice as sellers & have always had outstanding treatment. As sellers, we have benefited from their excellent service. The photographs of our property were professionally taken & the brochures produced were first class. Roy & Faye, the owners were always most helpful & regularly went the “extra mile” in ensuring our needs were met. Kelly, the sales progressor who assisted in our recent sale acted in an exemplary fashion, keeping us up to date with progress & was extremely diligent & effective in making sure the transactions were completed. In conclusion, we would recommend the company without hesitation or reservation. I would not consider any other agency in the area.

After months on the market without a single offer we relisted our property with O 'Connell and wow how I wish we had come to them the first time! Rob was professional and exceedingly knowledgeable about the local area and market conditions. The standard of the photography and the video for our listing were exceptional and helped us to achieve an accepted offer within 3 weeks. Kate was brilliant and helped us with the sale progress and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I could really trust that she was chasing on our behalf so I had one less thing to worry about! We have been renting via O’Connell’s for over 8 years and they have been outstanding the entire time. Issues are fixed promptly and maintenance of the property is always carried out annually. They are also so friendly and genuinely care about their tenants. All of the staff we have dealt with over that time have been fantastic, Faye in particular has always been very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

This is our second time in 2 years using O’Connell’s for the sale of our house and we couldn’t be happier with their support and professionalism.
Right from the start, they marketed the property accurately and their expertise in hosting viewings secured an offer than was accepted.
Following this we had some problems but O’Connells went above and beyond in helping us resolve these tricky legal issues.

For the whole of the eight years the whole landlord experience was stress free as they have an excellent customer service policy and endeavour to provide a service with excellence, not once did the team ever not return my call, always helpful, professional and polite, I can not thank you all enough, if you have property to rent then Roy O’Connell and his team come highly recommended.
This professional service was then followed on with the estate agency part of the business as O’Connells then proceeded to market my property, they managed all the viewings all the viewings were followed with written feedback, my property sold very quickly and this too has been a very stress free experience.

I recently used this agency to rent a fantastic 3 bedroom house in Gloucester. I dealt with a very friendly chap called Oli. As a truck driver I find it very hard to get days off in the week for viewings etc. Oli was fantastic help in working around this issue and helping me through the process of renting a property. When I went to collect the keys he even gave me two bottles of wine which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this agency. I will certainly consider using them again in the future.

From the start, pictures and advertising perfect then as the sale was going through Oliver did great work and chased all the parties involved regularly, I’m sure it would have taken months longer if it wasn’t for him.

Roy, Faye and the team did a fantastic job with our Hartpury sale. Communication was swift and proactive and nothing was too much trouble. We found that correct procedures were followed from the start of our purchase, and important issues were clarified. Roy was very willing to arrange extra viewings even over the Christmas period. Both he and his assistant communicated frequently and promptly between ourselves and the sellers of the property, consistently kept us up to date with developments and sought to smooth out any problems or answer our queries.
