I just wrapped up 5 years in an Obbard-managed property and cannot say enough positive things about the team, particularly Stacey. I had pretty much every appliance in my kitchen fail me during my tenancy and Stacey and team would send someone over to evaluate and have it replaced within 48 hours; this was even the case during COVID…they did not skip a beat in their service. Moving to London from abroad, I was frightened by what were numerous accounts from renters (British nationals and foreign alike) about how difficult management companies can be in London, and Obbard proved them wrong! Should I find myself back in the UK, I’d actually approach Obbard first for advice on selecting a real estate agent as I trust them entirely. Thank you to Stacey, Charles, Yoki, and the rest of the Obbard team for everything!

We have just moved out of our property managed by Obbard and cannot speak highly enough of them.
The entire team are so friendly and helpful with any type of issue, responding quickly and professionally even given the tricky circumstances over the past year. No problem was ever too big or too small and we always felt very supported by them.
I couldn't recommend Obbard enough to anyone who is looking to rent/move - they are the best property management team I've ever come across and we are incredibly sad to be leaving them.

We just completed 6 years as tenants in a property managed by Obbard. I can't say enough good things about this company and their wonderful staff! We always knew we could count on them to handle any problems that came up, both quickly and efficiently. Their response time is always fast. It's hard to leave a property where you have such a comfort level and confidence in the property managers, but our circumstances changed and we had no choice. Obbard takes great care of their tenants and the properties, and we miss them already. Thank you for everything Stacey, David, Katie and Charles!
