Our experience with this agency has been nothing sort of a nightmare. They repeatedly lied to us just to get us out of the property. We were told that the landlord would be moving back into the house only to find it listed on Zoopla for rent shortly after we left. Complete dishonesty. Avoid this agency at all costs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and transparent letting experience, this is not the place.

Little GEM ???? in the heart of Brick lane!
One of the finest findings for my guest to stay in the historic Bangla Town surrounded by amazing restaurants, Sunday Market, Brick Lane Mosque. Tower bridge ????, Bell ???? Foundry, Liverpool Street all nearby.
In a very cold weather the room was warm enough but the warmer was the support and cooperation extended by the host Mr Fahi. Whatever extras I asked he provided without even questioning. I loved it, my guests loved it who frequently visits to London. He already told me to book it for him not just next time but every time he comes.

I was a tenant under Olympia properties for 2.5 years. I rented a flat in Shoredtich. It was £700 per month but the flat was way above that pay grade. The property group are very reliable and they provide the best flats for any budget. One of the best agencies I’ve worked with. I highly recommend.

This agency helped me to find a room in little time and for a reasonably price, in the area that I was looking for (pretty much on the Brick Lane and on the main road which is safer). Although the house itself had some problems (no less than any old house in London), as soon as I told the agency they normally dealt with it either on the same day or in a matter of days. At the end of my stay my deposit was returned in due time, and Faruk helped me to send my luggage to Italy when I was no longer there.

Employees are really nice as soon as I walk in. Very helpful staffs specially Faruq during viewing and throughout the process.
They have a very Clean office as well. They are not very responsive sometimes with emails and SMS but I can understand as they must be busy but they will get back to you when they get the chance. After a year living, they just issue me to vacate the property as I didn’t accept how high their offer for the new rent. They didn’t even negotiate.

I should have given this review a long time ago and unfortunately, I did not. The fact that I could not give a positive review to them did not deter this company from helping me immensely whenever I needed their help. From a dysfunctional washing machine to a refrigerator, any time I needed their assistance, they responded to me promptly and without any hesitation. Every time they supplied us with a piece of new appliance and never even ask or frowned upon us for frequent break-downs. This is the speciality of the ‘Olympia Properties’ to whom I wish I could give 10 stars review. Oh! One fact I did not disclose, when we rented this house, they did not even take a deposit from us which usually happens once in a million times in London.

After I sent a request of deposit refund back, although it took 2 - 3 weeks for agent to deal with it. However, the agent still kept their promise in sending the deposit back to me, and during the communication, he admitted there was a miscommunication between both parties and sincerely apologised. I did appreciate his subsequent and quick responses, which ends up giving him the positive feedback he deserves.
At least, the agent will not disappear or ignore the messages from tenants, but takes responsibility for what he could compensate for.

This 2020/2021 will stay in our memories for a long time to come. As the world does not look the same with the presence of COVID 19. All restrictions, empty streets, empty shelves in supermarkets. However, thanks to Olympia Properties all my properties were not empty but fully occupied and full rent was paid on time under my rent guarantee scheme.
I have worked with this agent for a few years now as a landlord on both the lettings and sales side. Shah Fahim from Olympia Properties is excellent at his job and I always recommend him to other landlords and friends selling properties and letting.
A Good Estate Agent makes letting property a dream. A complete service that takes all the hassle out of the process. Sorry for saying this but my first experience with a member of Olympia properties wasn't so good. I have been invited for viewing by the agent Marco Tom. The appointment was confirmed but when I came to the office I have been told that the property had gone and the gentleman wasn't able to offer me anything else as a replacement.
I am absolutely able to understand the dynamics of the market but I would expect a professional agency representative at least to respect their prospective client's time and to inform them in advance when they have nothing to sell.

Finally an agency which actually cares about its tenants. They always respond to queries in a timely manner and never ignore anything, no matter if it's a big or small issue. When our stove broke down, they replaced it after two days and provided a portable one to use in the meantime. Deposit was returned in full almost immediately and can definitely say that we had a good relationship for the entire year. You can absolutely rely on Faruq!

The guys at Olympia were super lovely during our whole stay.
They were quick to respond when needed no matter what time of day and were always respectful of our wishes when it came to allowing access to the flat.
When we had to move out of our current flat before the one we rented through them was ready, they happily put us up in accommodation down the road until we were able to move in.
Overall we had a very positive experience with the agency and Shah (with whom most of my correspondence was with) ????????

Although the agents (especially Faruq) are always very very nice, the quality of the repair services is poor. We were left with a broken door for several months, and whenever the toilet pipes burst we couldn’t use our own bathroom for days at a time. In addition, poorly done repairs and unfinished sections of the flat meant that there were cold drafts or constant breakages. Lack of communication and urgency in repairs caused me much discomfort as I frequently had to ask about when repairs would be completed. Please, if you improve the quality of your services and your response rates, this would be a standout agency in London.

Don't believe what they tell you at viewings (especially about the flatmates), and don't fall for how chilled out they act. I rented in a flat with the worst flatmates that were very noisy and were in the flat all the time, while the agent described them at the viewing as very discreet with one of them not being there much. It was a ridiculous lie. The flat was bad, too - it was the only one with single glazed windows in the area, and it was absolutely freezing in the winter, I felt like a stray dog. It was bad. The agent was responsive, though, but forgot to mention all the inconvenient things about the flat (oven not working etc). But I won't give more than 2 stars because I felt really betrayed about the way the flat was sold to me. Really disappointing experience.
Edit: I am changing my review to 1 star because after seeing my Google Maps review, the agency made me come to their office to confront me, otherwise I wouldn't get my deposit back. Ridiculous behaviour.

Rented a flat for 9 months, they were very generous and kind guys, doing everything they can to make us feel comfortable.
My first night back in London I had to start renting the place, I was pretty tired from the 10+ hour flight, they let me stay for the night in the flat for a free night and bought me a dinner, which was very helpful. I am very thankful of the guys at Olympia properties.
The flat was great, loved it.

I've been very impressed with Olympia Properties. Handed them my flat 3 years ago on a fully managed guaranteed rent deal, they find tenants, collect rent, handle repairs, 100% everything. In the 3 years they only called once, and that was to help me stay compliant with new rules in Tower Hamlets (I needed a landlords license due to the location). This has really impressed me, I don't have the time to be dealing with issues in the flat.
I did a property inspection recently and the flat was in great shape. They gave me an update on what's been happening, they'd raised a couple of points with the building management company about communal areas, had a boiler call out, installed a carbon monoxide tester, handled a change in tenants. All done with no charge to me. And importantly, rent has turned up on time, every time, 36 months in a row.
Compared notes with other BTL landlords I know. Without doubt I've got the best deal in terms of finances and service. The really big difference is there are no hidden fees with Olympia, other places often find reasons to make deductions from rent. Olympia handle much more themselves, they really care about avoiding unexpected bills and it shows.
There's a famous book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad. The author made a lot of money in property investing, his advice... "Pick your property manager first, and your property second".

My experience with Olympia Properties couldn't be better! Everyone there is kind and helpful, but I should mention Shah Fahim: the first person I got in contact with at the Agency and who has always helped me ever since. I was able to reserve my room from abroad with safety and confidence and every time I found a technical problem (electricity, malfunction on fridge, etc...) he was very quick to attend it.
My flat is on Brick Lane, a great, central and vibrant location, and I must say it is very difficult to find a cheaper rent around this area. I also couldn't be happier about my flatmates, although we have very different schedules we get along well and I do know Olympia cares about this when making new contracts. Shah Fahim has always been formidable in the way he's available to answer my questions and help. There's a hotel right next to their office which is perfect for the family when they visit as it is conveniently located and since it's associated with Olympia they can get great price offers.

One of the best agents in London.
They have rooms and apartements at reasonable prices and they also help you after signing the contract if sth is not working.
But the biggest qualitity they have is that they re not pushy to sign on the spot after showing you a place.
That's what I hate the most about other agents.
I always compared a lot of places but in brick lane / white chapel area I feel that Olympia will give u the best offer for your budget.

Not enough staff!
As a family run business they aim to do their very best, however from my experiences they simply are just over run and aren't coping with the work load and therefore their efficiency and reliability is unfortunately going out the window.
At times its taken me 3 days to get any response from them, even after ringing, texting and emailing a large number of times. Further to this when turning up to the room hadn't been cleaned and was filthy, with a large number of disgusting marks on the walls.
I simply hope for the benefit of themselves and their tenants they can see what they are getting wrong and make the necessary improvements.

Great customer service, always very helpful whatever the problem may be! When we moved in we were still setting up bank accounts/getting jobs etc. We all found them very understanding and helpful of our situation. When our shower stopped working, the problem was solved within a day! Not after your money like many other agencies are, we got our full deposit back, and when we had to move out earlier than planned they were kind enough to not charge us for however many days we had been late with rent (in total about £60!!!). Highly recommended, very trustworthy in every way :)

I needed an affordable room in a nice neighborhood and environment and it was just what I got when I went to Olympia Properties!
Before I went to this agency, I had went to two other places to view properties, but either 1. the apartment were not fitting to my requirements or 2. the agent gave me pressure in getting the flat as soon as possible with an attitude so I did not rent from either one. When I got to Olympia Properties, I was greeted by Faruq, who was the most comfortable agent I've met. He was super friendly, laid back but still very hardworking. He showed me two excellent rooms all matching my criteria and after viewing the second room, I immediately knew that I was going to take it. After staying for one month, I wanted to go live for a friend in her apartment, so I needed to end the contract that I was in. I thought it was going to be a painful process but Faruq gave me all the information and details on how to do it and it was done quickly in a few days! He was very helpful in all areas I needed help on and I was quite thankful.
One thing that was still unresolved would be the deposit that I am supposed to get back. It is probably not the fault of the agency, but the fault of the DPS (deposit protection service) that it has been weeks and I still haven't received an email that I could collect my deposit. So I am coming in to Olympia today to get it sorted.
Besides that, overall, I had a wonderful experience at Olympia and would recommend you to go look for Faruq if you are looking for a property!

I remember when I came to London and I had to find a room within one day. I went to this Agency and they didn't waste any minute. We started to see rooms immediately and I found a very nice proper room - perfect for my 6 month stay in London. At the end of the day I was very happy that everything worked out so well. Furthermore I thought for all the efforts this Agency made to find a room for me within this short period of time – 1 day, the Agency fee is not too much at all. I was happy to pay for the service as I would have never found a nice, proper room within that time period by myself.
In addition to that the Agency was always helpful regarding maintenance e. g. changing the light. Also, when I forgot my keys in the flat (twice), I went there, got sth nice to drink (I love Capri Sun) and they went with me to open the door.
All in all I was very satisfied and I would definitely include them again to my list of Agencies for finding a room.

I used Olympia Properties for a property in Bow in 2013-14.
They were clear with their charges and communicated when they needed to see the property. Furniture that wasn't required was even taken from the property and placed into their storage.
My deposit was returned promptly after inspection and overall had no issues in using them.

I had a wonderful experience in renting a room with them. I found my room while I was still living in Italy, I took it and I didn't have any bad surprise once arrived in London. They are extremely nice and empathic people, we had a problem at the house with a toilet and they immediately sent us a plumber to fix it. I have nothing to complain. Now I'm not living in UK anymore, but if I will go there again I will definitely ask for their help to find a suitable accommodation.

My Name is Max and I'm 19 years old. I found the advertisement of my flat on spareroom. Via this website I get in touch with them and I made an appointment for viewing the property. I was giving them a call and the next day I get an appointment, which is really fast! I really liked the property so I decided immediately to take it. I was able to move in the same evening. When I moved in I had an issue, because over my door there is a window and if ones is turning on the light in the kitchen it's quietly bright in my room. So the day after I gave Fariq a call and was telling him about this problem and just after a few hours are passed a guy came to fix it. The price for my rent is more than fair, especially if you know that my property is located in Zone 1 near to the tube station Aldgate East, where the District line and the Hammersmith and City line are running. Even the tube station Whitechapel is very close where the Overground is running as well. Also the connection in the night is very good, because I started to work at 6am so I was forced to take the night buses. A lot of buses are running here in the direction of Trafalgar Square, where my work was located. So all in all the location was perfect for me. Once I had a problem as well with the pipe of the toilet because it was blocked and it was a sunday. So in my desperation I was giving Fariq a call and was telling him about the desaster. He told me not to be worried, because he has a guy on stand by so it's not a big deal. After a few hours the guy came to fix the blocked pipe. Even on a sunday the property is going to help you if you got a problem, which is a prove for their reliabilty. All in all I can say that I had a really nice property and an amazing service from my agency and I'm very sad that I'm leaving soon. I have no hesitation in recommending Olympia Properties. One thing is for sure: If I will come one more time to London to live here I will definately use Olympia Properties again to get a flatshare.

All I can say is that I would rate it the Best Properties Agency in London. Been living in the city for almost 3 years now and dealing with lousy tenants and tricky landlords, and these guys deliver simply the best value for money that you can imagine. I went to Olympia Properties because one of my friends reccomended it to me. Since first time I arrived there, they were very kind with me, they offered me something to drink ( really tasty juice) while they were asking me what I was looking for. In a few days, after visiting some houses, they found me the perfect room as I asked and around where I asked for ( in brick lane street). The room was nice, wooden floor, new furniture and my flatmates were very very nice as well.
If I something was wrong or broken I just had to text them by whatsapp or phone and they tried to fix it as soon as possible.
I think Olympia Properties is a good agency, you can trust them, overthose one young guy who is working there, Shah I think is his name. He is very funny and he was always trying to do his best for us, asking if everything was okay and sometimes bringing us cadbury chocolates as a present.

Olympia Properties are a quality outfit. My partner and I have been tenants for three years and we have found Olympia to be both professional and efficient. When you combine this with their friendly then we are onto a winning formula.
Any issue that has come up as always been dealt with in a maximum of 36 hours. Shah is our main point of contact and I cannot say enough good things about him. On one the rare occasions we needed assistance he was there personally well after 22:00.
