Viewed a house with Charlotte, what a lovely polite young lady. Professional and prompt (unlike other viewings I have been on!) House was beautifully represented and all services explained thoroughly. Only gave 2 star rating because they advertised my house for sale and eventually sold it. Very slow keeping me upto date and when my solicitors sent information to me and also cc'd Our House in they would the phone and claim they had get the information. Original proof specification had to be rewritten twice and was sent to wrong email address when sent through for proofing. I strongly recommend not to use these.... Read more

Although this estate agent are the newbies in Hornsea, they are certainly making an impression on the local housing market. Received a fantastic service from Steph and her amazing team throughout the whole sale process. As the property was empty and we didn’t live locally, they kindly made regular visits to make sure everything was ok. On two occasions during the winter they discovered problems (a water leak and a gas leak) and both times went above and beyond to sort the issues out quickly with support from their local network. I would recommend Our House to anyone who values exceptional customer service. I really don’t know what we would have done without them.... Read more
