Is there no option for 0, otherwise I will give 0.
This is one of the scam properties I have ever seen in the UK for 3 years. I have moved from other properties, but they don’t hold my advance amount. These guys didn’t return my advance, and they don’t stand by their words, “what they said to me”. They changed their words for their convenient. They don’t give proper answers and still blame us. They don’t give reminders of our agreement ending. I already mentioned twice that we are moving to this property, and my agreement ends next month. At that time, they didn’t tell us anything about a return mail. In the end, they cheated me. I don’t mention her name because I know the value of this job.
I lost nearly £1500 from my own pocket.
Please don’t trust them. If one person sees this review and saves their money, I will be happy.

I have been a tenant with PR property for 2 years now, and I can honestly say they are the most professional letting agent I have ever used.
Hopefully I can remain in my current rented property for many years to come, but if for some reason I can't, I will not hesitate to ask PR Property to help me find another place to live in.
I had my first major issue in two years this week, and PR Property had the issue resolved within 24 hours of me reporting it to them. I was very impressed.
Excellent reliable service from them, since the day I became a tenant of theirs.

By chance I found this Real Estate PandRproperty. I saw online and I got in touch with them. They showed me the property and I loved it. I moved in about 7 months ago. The flat is nice and quiet. If I had any questions or problems always Kay Chapman would answer, if Kay is not at the office or on annual leave, Kay would always leave a text when she is not in and it would say if urgent can contact a different person. I know by experience Kay always go the extra mile when I need help. Keep up the good work Kay Chapman!!

Absolutely disappointed from Oliver! This was the agent who could not wait for us 15 minutes as he was finishing work at six. We repeatedly and honestly said that was a power issue with the train so we could not do anything but wait but he could not care less for someone travelling from far to view a property! Ridiculous

This is one of the horrible real estate agents that we have dealt with. They never listened to us and never supported us while always taking landlords side. They never helped us with any of the issue while we were living in the property. That made our living in the rented property extremely suffocating. They are biased and good for nothing. We even felt that they are racist and doesn’t even speak to us (Lisa and Connor) and disconnect our call in the middle of a conversation. Would never recommend renting from them.

Don't bother, they will discriminate against those on benefits. Doesn't matter what your personal circumstances are. We didn't decide to have a disabled child who requires 24 hour care and attention, but we have decided to warn as many people as possible about how little this company understands about discrimination and the legal ramifications of it.

One of the worst estate agents I have dealt in my life, they are very unprofessional and don’t care about tenants, Stay away from them. ARLA and any other trade mark registeration are rubbish, they just favour the estate agents so don’t fall for any associations. Use professional estate agents who are sitting in high street not in a cave like P & R. Not recommended at all, avoid avoid avoid

I had a viewing today with one of the agents , who showed up a little earlier than my viewing time. However, he decided to give the other people a tour before me , although their booking was later than mine. Quite unprofessional and rude.

Do yourself a favour and deal with a professional agents. When your rent is due, they phone you straight away but when money is owed to you they do not respond for at least a week. This is even after many chase up emails are sent to all staff and directors of the agents. Absolutely useless scamming crooks. When I moved out, they quoted a made up figure to charge me from the deposit despite no evidence being produced even though I asked for this many times. The landlord let himself in the property whilst I was away without my permission. I received a call from them saying they’d pay me the deposit back straight away if I agreed to the deductions. After I declined this, they went through the DPS and claimed for more even though none of this was on the original check out agreement. At least the rest of us go to work and do an honest days work.

there is no option zero star otherwise i would have selected that. Been living in poorly condition with mice dropping in the cupboard. I have mentioned the issue many times to the agency which never ever had the courtesy to reply to all my email or help me with the issue. this is a serious situation to take care of immediately and not leave it as it is. I had many issue regarding wifi, hot water, boiler and again the agency never ever replied to help. sent many email with no response, showed up to the agency and never let me in. rubbish company or agency or whatever you want to call it. Do not deal with them. they only want your money. disgusting. they shouldnt operate in the market.

I have been renting my property with P&R for a number of years now and was genuinely surprised to see some of the other reviews. I always received my rent in time, if there were ever any problems with the tenants or property the team were always on top of it, in particular Anne-Marie. She would have all the facts in an email and quotes attached to rectify any problems and advise what she thought would be the best option for me. This was invaluable to me as I am not living in the UK and relied on her advice. Once I gave the go ahead things were resolved quickly and efficiently. As I am now selling my property I will no longer require their services however I would have no hesitations in using P&R Property again to let or sell a property.

Since moving into a property let by P and R back in 2018, we have always received a good service. We really needed to move away from our old letting agents/landlord, as they were horrible to deal with. Mark and the team were really quick to get us viewing properties and once chosen, we moved in within a few days. Since we've been here (2 & 1/2 years), we've had only minor maintenance fixes required, which P and R have always been really prompt at sorting out. The people they send round are extremely pleasant and efficient and it just makes life easier in general to deal with helpful, friendly people. No matter who I deal with at the office, I can't say that I've ever received bad service. More often that not, these days, it's easy to criticise. What we don't take the time to do is to talk about the good/positive services we receive. So thanks to Mark, Conner, Annie and the rest of the team ????????

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have done it, because they deserve it. The staff is so unprofessional and unresponsive, I have been contacting them for 6 days, they continued to say that they will contact me as soon as they can BUT THEY DIDN'T. Today (day 7) I have asked about the property, and they said that the property has alredy been taken by someone ELSE. DO NOT BUY OR LET A HOUSE FROM THIS POOR QUALITY, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RESPNSIVE COMAPNY.

Can i just say I am very very disappointed with your service. Despite having an appointment to view a house today at 14:15, we were left waiting for more than 45 mins for an agent to arrive.
No one called to apologise for being late, if anything I called into the office 4 times wanting to know when the agent would arrive. I was forced to cancel a follow up appointment I had else where. Eventually due to the kids becoming agitated waiting in a hot car we left. I did call into the office again out of courtesy to say we could no longer wait, only to find this time my call was ignored and not picked up. I did not receive a call from the agent to apologise or even explain why they were unable to attend the appointment.
Your website states your ethos is as below. Unfortunately i disagree with everything listed below. Very poor service, which i won't be using in the future. Have a good weekend.

Incompetent agency.
Paid to manage a let in Luton. Failed to follow dps procedures and tried to cover up at my landlord expense. Only when challenged did the truth come out. The audacity that they would try and cover up to save their blushes.
Poor communication and when they do they fabricate the truth.
Fobbed off by my tenant and didn’t carry out inspection when required leading to me suffering significant losses and the tenant disappearing.
Useless at verifying ID checks using common sense and failed to spot discrepancies which resulted in me accepting a tenant who had faked their identity.
Awful awful awful agency. Stay away and use an agency that cares for its clients rather than chases the money the easiest way at its client’s expense.
If you want to see evidence of incompetence I would be happy to show you.
Legal proceedings to follow as this agency can’t be allowed to get away with shocking practices.

I wouldn't rent a vacuum from these people let alone a property. Failure to point out illegal wiring in house, inadequate heating to several rooms, no tv cable, hot tap in bathroom is locked off, dreadful people skills experienced from several staff members and just a general lack of ability alround. They chase coin, not customer satisfaction.

Absolutely terrible. They WILL NOT call you back when they say they will and will charge you a fortune for microscopic bits of dirt that can be wiped off with a cloth. Avoid at all costs. You are better off living on the streets.

If I could give them I could give them 0 stars . They are not worth letting with . They are the worst letting company I have ever tried to let with . We were suppose to have a viewing for a property and they didn`t even tell us they weren`t even able to get hold of the current tenants . After that the next day we wanted to view another property and if I wouldn`t have called them with 1 hour before the viewing I would have went to that property like an idiot . THANK YOU P&R , I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO FIND A PROPERTY TO RENT .... they are worthless .

I don't think they have good customer service. I rang them on a Saturday to view a property.. they were busy so said they would ring me back. That call never happened so I rang them back the same day 4 hours later, to be told they will pencil me in for a viewing Monday but will have to check with tenants if that's ok and would get back to me. I didn't get a call Monday at all so rang them back at 3pm Monday to be told I could view on Tuesday at 2pm but again would have to check with tenants and get back to me. Again I have had no feed back to whether that is happening or not. I have been waiting in the last couple days incase they ring to say I can view. I think the lack of communication is unprofessional and I am disappointed in the way they run their business.
