I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re looking to rent a commercial property. In my experience, I was treated poorly and felt that they took advantage of my situation. They added unnecessary fees when I tried to end the lease, and although they were marketing the property, they never actually showed it to potential tenants—it was essentially me who had to find someone to take over the lease. This agency seems focused on adding fees rather than providing support. My advice: if possible, try to rent directly from a landlord instead. They also are involved in botch repairs and then when they fail, the agency tell you that you are now 100% liable to have the botched repairs, repaired properly. I rang there agent Graham Bartlett 9 times during the duration of a day, also emailed and txt . No reply to any contacts even though office stated he was working .This is not the first experience either! pure ignorance ! My advice is avoid at all cost!... Read more
