Paul Barker and his team dealt professionally and patiently throughout with a sale that was complicated by the refusal of sitting tenants to move out promptly, leading to a first agreed sale falling through. Regardless, Paul and his team picked up the pieces and started all over again as soon as the uncooperative tenant had been moved on. Despite the difficulties, Paul and his team made the process as easy to complete, and as pleasant to conduct as it could possibly have been. Thoroughly recommended. I will certainly use him again, should I have any further property disposals to make.

We did a rigorous search for the right estate agent. Tho we knew Paul Barker would be in the mix having had advice from him previously. We were messed around badly by one set of buyers and Paul and Steve provided honest and firm guidance as to how to deal with them and try to get things over the line and then when it was clear that we had to find a new buyer, they were extremely efficient in re-marketing the property and really proactive - we had a new buyer within a week which was fantastic. One of the best Estate Agency I have worked with! From the very start of the process, PBEA has been extremely honest about everything(A very rare quality for any Estate Agency.)
Both Steve and Paul helped me buying my first property. As a first time buyer, there are many things I don't know, they have always been helpful, answering my questions.
The entire buying process took quite a while, due to the legal issues associated as the property is a new build. It's not PBEA's fault. If it wasn't for Steve and Paul regularly conversing with the seller, I would have not met the SDLT holiday!
Even after the completion, Paul has been helping me with setting my new place up, giving me advices on a variety of things. I really appreciate it!

The mark of a good estate agent is how they handle situations when they don't run smoothly. My agent was always available to take calls and was a fantastic liaison between my buyer and I, smoothing things over and keeping the sale on course whenever the buyer got jitters. The viewing process was made easier by my agent weeding out the tire kickers and I achieved full asking price after just 2 weeks. The marketing photos were excellent and I was encouraged to put my own spin on the marketing description, after all, who knows my property's good points better than I do?

In fact the "sold" label went on the sign outside the house I sold five days after it went on the market!
