Paul has been absolutely amazing with helping us rent a property last Thursday, all photos were sent over and acknowledged for the itinerary of the property, we were given ample time to read and sign all paperwork, any questions we had were answered promptly, I would strongly advise to read all reviews as our experience has been first class.

Worse company I have ever been with, we was staying in one of theses properties and we had no hot water everyday and we had no heating everytime my partner rang or email Paul and the landlord they was not interested, Paul was robbing us every month as the flat was up for £725 then when we noticed we told Paul that they was charging us a extra £50 a month and he didn’t do anything about it, now we have left they are still trying to rob us by not paying all the deposit back. Also the front door is not safe, this is for the flat on Rosemary Close.

Do not rent with them ever, they are in the habbit of renting homes with problems such as structural integrity issues, moldy and damp or previously affected by such. They will also increase your rent every term with 0 improvements or even without fixing pre-existing issues. They will provide you with enegry companies that give them a monetary advantage at the cost of your livelyhood. After you finish with them they will take from your deposit, including for inventory that did not exist in the house. Avoid these small timers, they are the worst in existence. You have so many other options in that city. Do not rent with them!

Cancelled a viewing on the day it was due to take place with nothing more than an automated text message. They require that their need to be verified on the same day with a call to the agent, which is a rare but understandable practice, but they then just flat out cancel the viewing at 10am without even calling to verify. Poor communication and unprofessional behaviour.

Sad to say goodbye, the best estate agents in Coventry for sure! Very kind, helpful staff. Any queries I had were responded to quickly and answered clearly,never made to feel silly for not knowing basic things! All of the team were always polite and professional.
