Kiri and Chloe came out to value my house and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were both so friendly and easy to talk to, which put me at ease.
They explained everything clearly and shared loads of information about the current market and what to expect. I never felt rushed, and they were happy to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to meet people who are not only professional but also genuinely lovely – Kiri and Chloe are exactly that. I’d recommend them to anyone thinking of getting their home valued.

The (none existent) after sales from Aqilah Brown is amongst the worst I have come across!
I was not directly a customer, however this estate agent was the bottom of the chain where I was selling the property at the top. They did not have a handle on their sale at all, did not return any calls to deal with crucial information to progress the sale, and caused all properties in the chain to require new mortgage offers, extend the sale process, costs involved and stress.
They relied on Louise from Skitts to progress their sale, and they even went into Skitts branch to ask them to call their vendor.

Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, no chasing, no delays, just solid, dependable advice at every step.
She made what can often be a stressful process feel completely manageable. It was clear from the beginning that she knew her stuff, and she kept everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. Communication was spot on, and I always felt in the loop.

Avoid. Since Lee left they have collapsed. 6 months I had my property for a exceptional offer but they talked me out of selling saying I will get a better offer which never came.
When I call and ask to speak to someone I get told they will call back which never happens. Finally I was told my house will be in the open house event but when I called a few times to confirm they never called back.
In short, if you don't take a mortgage with us we will talk the seller out from selling to you.
Avoid!!!!!

Avoid this agency at all costs. My experience with Paul Dubberley was a nightmare. From the beginning, they made grand promises they had no intention of keeping. Communication was dishonest and manipulative — every question I asked was met with half-truths or outright lies.
It's clear they only care about making a quick commission and have no regard for the emotional or financial impact their deception causes. Cold, heartless, and utterly untrustworthy. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, steer well clear.

If you are viewing a house being sold by Paul Dubberley Wednesbury you’d better be prepared to arrive over an hour early and camp right outside the door.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my 2pm viewing and walked up to the door and knocked it and there was no answer but that’s okay as I was early. 2pm came and went and still no sign of anyone but I thought they could be running late so I waited until quarter past to ring the office.
When I rang the office I was told that there had been an agent there for an hour and that they would ring them and see where they were. When they rang back at 20 past I was told that ‘You must have missed them’ as it was now past 2pm and the agent had gone to another property. I explained that I was here before 2pm and I have seen no one leave the property so unless they hopped the back fence then there was never anyone there at 2pm for my viewing.
The person on the phone didn’t seem to care that I had been put out at all. A bad way to sell houses if you ask me. If they can’t be bothered to show up for viewings how can you trust them to sell your property?

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this company.
It took 8 months from the date my property was sold to complete.
Paul Dubberley recommend Talbots solicitors to the purchaser who were absolutely atrocious constantly contacting my solicitor with questions even after my solicitor had answered all the questions on previous occasions.
It took so long for Talbots to get their act together the mortgage offer had run out.
I tried to contact Paul Dubberley head office but they don’t take calls there.
2 days before completing I get a call from Paul Dubberley saying I needed to remove a fridge freezer from the property even though it was being sold with the property and was listed as part of the property and according to one of the staff at Paul Dubberley the buyer had asked them weeks ago for it to be removed.
I then had to travel back to the Midlands leave a job I was working on up in Blackpool to remove the fridge wasting my time and money because Paul Dubberley had not passed the message on weeks before.

I can’t praise Emma’s team (Emma, Aaron, Joanna, and Keanu) at Paul Dubberleys Wednesbury highly enough. I was living abroad when I decided to sell my house, and it wasn’t possible to travel back to England because of coronavirus, but from the moment of first contact, they inspired confidence that they could get the job done, and were very patient guiding me through the setting up of everything online. When the sale hit unexpected problems, their support and communication were outstanding – they were not only efficient and professional at liaising with the solicitors and the mortgage lender, but also exceptionally good at keeping in touch to let me and the buyer know what was happening. Their understanding of clients’ worries, their calmness, kindness, reassurance, and sheer perseverance through numerous problems are things I will never forget. They went far beyond what they strictly needed to do to sell the house, for example visiting it frequently for me to comply with new insurance conditions. Keanu was the person doing most of this, but the strength of the teamwork could be seen when he wasn’t available. I honestly don’t think there could have been better support, not for any money. Thank you to all of you, for getting a good outcome in the end!

They were very proactive so house was sold within a week and despite 2 lockdowns and having to apply for Grant of Probate during sale process , due to excellent communication the house sale was completed in January relatively problem free. Would definately recommend .........

I cannot praise her service enough- she was extremely helpful and explained the whole processes of viewing and buying a home in a way that me and my partner could easily understand. We have paid to have a new fence and came home from work to find the neighbours sold sign screwed to our fence. phoned and was told it would be removed 24 to 48 hours. Which is not acceptable hope the screw holes are filled in also.

As a purchaser I have always had really good service from Lea at the Wednesbury branch. She has always been polite, courteous and really helpful. On the other hand I would NEVER recommend the Bilston branch. I rang them on Monday of this week to arrange a viewing of a property they have for sale and a man took my name and number as they were short staffed and someone would ring me back. 5 days later I’m still waiting. I wonder what the vendor would think! I don’t think they’d be impressed with the service they’re receiving!
Within an hour of the above review going live I’ve suddenly received contact from the Bilston branch. Hayley the residential sales manager has contacted me with a story of how the house I was enquiring about was SAVED for a client who’s house had sold through them which is why it was still showing as for sale. It’s now sold and solicitors are all in place. Great! What a load of garbage! And you wonder why estate agents have a bad reputation. Just tell me you forgot to ring me and it’s unfortunately now sold. You’re all the same and the vendors should be aware of what service they’re really paying for, POOR. I won’t be contacting any of your branches again!

As first time buyers we were very anxious about the whole process, especially when moving over 100 miles for our dream house. But Nanette and the team have helped us through every step, including a very good mortgage deal. Also with the help of Jackie we have been kept up to date with the progress of the purchase, even giving information before the solicitors have contacted us. I agree with the previous reviewer. This Wednesbury office is a complete shambles. I wanted to view a property and had to ring 3 times. The manager Craig seemed his boots were too big for him and thinks he knows everything. I just pity the people who are selling there property through them. I know surely I will never use them. (Go to Wednesbury Connells they are a million times better. I have purchased and sold many times through them.)
