I’ve rented a property through Paul Jeffrey’s for 11 years, I can’t recommend them enough, continued support, efficient, amazing communication, if I had an issue they always help with solutions. They make you feel secure and settled within your home. And most importantly they take people at face value wish more like these guys

I can't rate the service we received from Matt, Paul and the team at the Hythe office highly enough - friendly and professional throughout the whole process and highly communicative. It wasn't an easy sell by any means but I really feel like they worked tirelessly for us. Very highly recommended.

Good estate agents, always quick to answer emails and queries especially if something goes wrong, we have rented from Paul’s Jeffrey’s for around 5 years, and never had a problem.
Bad points is no out of hours number that I know of so if something goes wrong out of hours you have to wait (they are open seven days a week though) and 6 monthly house inspections that are a bit much, makes you feel a little on edge.

This was my first ever experience of private rental, and the whole team at Paul Jeffrey could not have made it easier. If ever I had a problem, they were efficient and very quick at sorting it out. They were all very friendly, professional and lovely team of people. No hidden fee's, everything in the whole process was very simple and upfront. I would highly recommend.

Paul Jeffreys Estate Agents have been excellent all the way through the selling process, especially my contact, Matt. We're not quite there yet but almost.
