Awful experience. Attempted twice to view a property for a second time and both times no estate agent turned up! I called them and as per usual, no one answered the phone. I left a message saying I was outside the property and asked someone to call me back. To this day, no one has called back or apologised. I travel quite some way with a 9 week old to view the property. Not impressed at all.
