Pear Properties from start to finish were 10/10. Joe and his team couldn’t have been better and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
From the initial valuation we knew we wanted Joe to sell our home. Just a really friendly knowledgeable guy who didn’t give off the ‘pushy estate agent’ vibe at all. He was thorough and listened to our circumstance to make sure we were all on the same page.
My partner was pregnant during our sale/purchase so we were on a bit of a tight timeline to get into our new property. Joe found our buyer within a week of being on the market and made it feel as if we were his only client with how responsive and hardworking he was. From the point of us accepting the offer to handing over the keys on completion day took 2 and a half months. This was due to Pear properties tremendous hard work with making sure all parties involved we being proactive in getting everything sorted to fast track the sale so we could get into our new property before my partners due date.
We will always be so grateful to Joe and his team for how hard they worked and securing exchange/completion as quickly as they did meaning we were in our new home a month before baby was due. Highly recommend.

And have recently used them to sell my house, they set up an open house and booked 11 viewings for that day which was simply fantastic. Really disappointed with this company. I agreed to purchase a property. Days before we had been due to exchange I found out the seller was changing property. I only heard this from my solicitor and heard nothing from the agent. I then had to chase for days to get any update. After agreeing to continue I asked on dates for various bits. Communication was non existent. I therefore found a different property with a different agent. It took 32 days from my last email for any contact from pear properties. This only happened as my solicitor informed the agent I was now agreed on a new property. When pear properties eventually rang me there was no apology and no care that they had lost a sale. I work in customer service and would have been absolutely fine with a delay. Knowing this was not the agents fault. But to have no communication in so long is unacceptable. I have purchased several properties over the last fews years and highly recommend good agents. I advise everyone to steer clear of pear properties.

We used Pear to sell our property in Worthing. They were a cut above the rest when it came to marketing the property, using great images, videos, drone shots, and 3D walkthroughs. They valued the property for its actual worth and its unique characteristics/qualities, unlike others who valued it by probably looking at Zoopla. We also really liked how personal the service was.
Joe and the team have been on hand communicating quickly with any query small or large. He has provided us with excellent advice throughout the entire process and also for our next property purchase.
We will 1000% be using Pear in the future, and cannot thank Joe and the team enough!
