What a great team, Peter was a pleasure to meet and decided to list our property with Peter Cuffaro, our house sold in just 2 weeks I believe it was the marketing and the walk through video that really drove in the viewings.
The rest of the team was a delight too Joe and Ted where very approachable and friendly. I even popped in for a coffee and a chat from time to time!

Buying a home really highlights how little choice buyers have when it comes to estate agents. You ultimately have to go with whichever agent the seller has chosen. We’ve just completed on our dream home, unfortunately not through Peter Cuffaro, but if we’d had the choice, we would have moved our purchase there without hesitation.
During our search, I must have spoken with at least 50 estate agents and viewed a huge number of properties. Out of all of them, Joe at Peter Cuffaro stood out by far as the best estate agent we came across. He was proactive, genuinely listened to what we were looking for, and offered helpful advice exactly when it was needed.
What really set Joe apart was that he wasn’t pushy, he simply understood what we wanted and kept in touch with properties that genuinely matched our criteria. Unlike many agents who promise to keep you in mind and never follow up, or who flood your inbox with irrelevant listings, Joe consistently sent thoughtful, suitable options and stayed engaged throughout our search.
He is truly a credit to the agency. Even though we didn’t end up buying through Peter Cuffaro, I felt compelled to come back and leave this review just to recognise the outstanding service we received from Joe.
If we’re ever in a position to sell in the future, Peter Cuffaro would be our first choice — purely because of him. Wishing Joe all the best for the future!

Their viewing system was efficient and we had total control over timings to make sure it worked for us- which was important to us with a one year old daughter and both in full time employment. Well, off you are like I was, and a first time buyer, or someone who has past that hurdle, you have probably read or experienced all of these horror stories!
I can’t say anything of the sort, and my experience had been smooth and easy - Gary, then Ted, Edd and Peter were all nothing but amazing. On the ball. Approachable. Knowledgable. They had the time to explain anything. Responded to emails and calls, honestly they didn’t drop the ball once. Really solid team there.
When it was all said and done, they went thy step further. My partner wanted to take a picture of the ‘Sold’ sign outside the house when we completed. The sign was gone. At their expense, Peter got the sign out back just so we can have that photo.
5/5 for our experience. Highly recommend.

We wanted to sell our flat in Stanstead Abbotts within a specific timescale and parameters and spoke to the three agents in Stanstead Abbotts. Two looked at me as if I belonged on a different planet - "sorry we just sell properties, we put them on-line and people maybe buy them - don't confuse us - we don't think"
The third, Peter Cuffaro, sat down, listened to what I had to say and said - "okay, let's give it a go" Result - sold within 3 weeks, exchanged and completed in little over 4 weeks!

The process was very smooth for us and it was down to the support from Peter himself, and Edd Ranford (in house mortgage advisor) who looked after us every step of the way.
I really have got to say, Pete went above and beyond for us making us feel like we were his only clients! He never once hesitated when anything was asked and he really did have our best interest at heart.
Pete has continued to communicate even after we have moved in to our new home and has helped us in more ways than one. We put our trust in him and it has paid off as he really is an exceptional estate agent. I would definitely recommend and would use this trustworthy and loyal company again.

Peter Cuffaro is a credit to his profession and thoroughly deserving of a glowing review! Even though he dealt with our purchase a year ago now, I felt compelled to leave a review now that he is running his own agency. He was absolutely instrumental in getting us to completion under very trying circumstances. Every problem, he had a resolution. Every call/email he responded to immediately, even out of working hours! Nothing was too much trouble even when things were looking hopeless. Peters knowledge and personable approach were invaluable. Our experience with Peter Cuffaro has been nothing short of incredible. From the outset Peter and his team were so knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, warm and found us a house which checked off the majority of our wish-list. Is it ethical to send prospective purchasers to view a £900k house (in Hertford Heath) without telling them that it will be in the middle of a building site soon? Also, a brand new 5 bed, 5 bath house will dwarf the property shortly. 2 prospective purchasers have already spoken to neighbours when they visited the site - and they had not been told about these very material facts. No wonder Estate Agents get a poor name.
