It’s with great pleasure that we write this review for Peter and the team. They made a notoriously difficult process (buying a property!), as smooth as they possibly could, giving excellent communication and outstanding support. We made the decision to relocate from London where we had lived and worked for 14 years, started a family and built a network of friends. Moving to the Chew area was driven by the want for more space and to be closer to family. Given we had 2 small kids starting school plus a need to commute, it was proving tricky in ticking all the boxes. We connected with a few agents but Peter and the team really stood out by how proactive they were and how much they listen/understood our needs. Within a very short space of time, he’d sent us some really interesting properties and lined up listings that weren’t even on the open market. He took a last minute call from us, dropped everything and squeezed us into a house viewing at the end of a Saturday - it ended up being the one we feel in love with and subsequently purchased. From our first offer to the point of closing, he guided us through the process amazingly. His market knowledge helped ensure we were comfortable with the final offer and his ability to broker the deal meant we never felt stressed by the process. Our final challenge to him and the team was to turn around the sale from offer accepted to completion in no more than 8 weeks. Given the chain and inevitable complications, we knew it was tricky but the kids needed to start school in September so it was all a bit tight! He and his team were always on hand to help push when needed and ensured we weren’t left in the dark at any stage. We’re delighted with our new home and couldn’t thank them enough for the support from start to finish. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Peter and his team to anyone looking to make a move or sell up.
