Following the distress of a property I was purchasing falling through after 6 months I was lucky to quickly find another suitable house. This time the Estate Agent was Peter Mulcahy in Ystrad Mynach and from my first phone call to arrange a viewing through to completing the purchase in just over 3 months I experienced the most incredibly professional service. I viewed the property the day following my phone call and June, who escorted me was polite, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property answering all my questions. I believe the purchase price was quickly agreed due to the agent’s efficiency, experience and diplomatic skills. Then the continued weekly ‘keep in touch’, phone calls from Sue were both reassuring and helpful if I needed to chase anything up. Fantastic estate agents, keep you informed at every stage, honest, and they work so hard to get to completion. June, Sue, and Helen will always see you right, I swear they are the most honest estate agents around. No messing or fuss with them, they're straight to business, and a friendly kind team too. June really knows her stuff, she's a real pro but crucially she doesn't try to pressure you, she lets you soak it all in for yourself. Sue is lovely and on the ball with everything like organising viewings and chasing up enquiries, and Helen is like a miracle worker for negotiating completion. You will never find a better team than these three for buying or selling your house and I've done both with them a few times over the years as I've moved from house to house. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We cannot thank the team in Ystrad Mynach enough for the work and patience on what was, but shouldn't of been, a difficult sale.
One thing I would urge any one selling is visit Peter Mulcahy, the house sold quickly (1 day), but difficult Internet based estate agents made it hugely difficult as they were very hard to communicate with.
The team were very reassuring and positive throughout, and could not do enough for us. Very please with their service.
