I could not praise Fergal and Mike enough, they were highly professional, diligent and very understanding about the sensitively of the situation. They worked with us until we were reassured the problem was resolved.

Fergal and Reese went above and beyond.
Last summer, we had what sounded like small birds up above my son's room, chirping loudly every morning for about a month. We figured it was a nest. 8 months later, we heard some scratches from the same place one morning, and didn't want to risk having it again. So I called PPM about bird proofing and removing any potential old remains.
Fergal and Reese came out and inspected the whole house. Loft space was incredibly airtight and hot, Fergal came out breathless but he made sure to check everything carefully first. No remains and no sign of entry. The guys went out to the roof with a long ladder, really took their time up there. They even checked the back with a drone. Didn't find any signs of current or old nests. Thankfully, no rodents either.
They were very thorough, overall they were here for almost 2 hours. Since they didn't find anything, they advised me not to do anything. It's a large house and it wouldn't be right spending a lot of money to bird proof at random. It may have just been some bird having a laugh this time. If something does come up, I should take photos if I can, and call them. They can always come and assess what to do from there.
They did not charge a penny.
I feel much more comfortable now, and I will definitely be calling on PPM if and when we do get any unwanted visitors!

Fergal arrived and took onboard what the problem was and where i thought the mice were entering the property. He then did a thorough check of the boundary including lean to sheds and a flat roof. He then went into the loft for further inspection. He then went on to seal up (using a sealer containing metal to deter the mice) where he had seen potential entry points around the property and also supplied a rodant deterent spray for me to use going forward. Very impressed with Fergals knowledge/professionalism and friendly approach. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control and wont hesitate to call them again if needed. Local family business rather than a big commercial business which in my opinion is better as they go that extra mile.

Super prompt service came the same day (just turned up!)
Thorough inspection for mice in the garage. Suggested other work that might be beneficial (possible ways into the house)
Checked the house which I didn’t expect.
Put down traps and came back and rechecked regularly (some appointments were missed or were late to)
I was late with my bill. Absolutely my fault as it was more than I anticipated (the extra work was done without me realising (I was really looking to delay it but couldn’t say no to the upsell and it was done whilst I wasn’t there) but planned to use my credit card to pay. My only criticism of ppm who had been brilliant throughout was that you can’t pay by credit card!!!
This was an absolute pain and if I had known I would have probably delayed the services as I felt terrible being such as awful payer/customer to a small business.

After returning from holiday, my wife and I started to get bitten whilst asleep in bed.
We contacted PPM who came to our house and did a thorough review/survey of our bedroom, which revealed no evidence of bedbugs.
We were given a kit of catchers for the bugs, with help in identifying where to place them.
Checking them now after a full week bite free there has been no evidence/activity
Thank you PPM for enabling us to be confident, we are bug free.????

We had just arrived back from a holiday to Mexico only to find our front garden swarmed with what looked like hundreds of wasps!
I called Fergal Flynn who said he could come and take a look and would be there within two hours.He arrived with another member of staff 20 minutes later and informed me we had an infestation of Ivy bees.
I found Fergal very polite, friendly and informative and I trusted the advice he gave me. He proceeded to explain why the bees were there and what course of action we should take which turned out to be nothing,the bees would simply move on when the temperature dropped a few degrees.
I thought Fergal had a genuine care for his work and the welfare of the bees.
I asked about a call out fee and was pleasantly surprised when he said he said there would be no charge on this occasion.

Two lovely chaps came within a few hrs of calling. Wasps down a rabbit hole, which they've exterminated with pressure jet powder deep into the cavity. After only a few hrs the wasps are dead. Quick, efficient and best price around. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Honestly can not fault Mike, he helped me before Christmas with issues I had with rat in the flat roof. It went and not heard anything for a few months, today while working at home I could hear something under the kitchen kick boards Mike previously left a glue trap. I called him around 1430 and he called me back immediately to say he would pop by on way back he arrived within an hour. Removed the kick boards to find a little rat on the glue trap which he removed and tidied up after. Then advised of further preventative measures he had put in place and gave good advice as always thank you.

I can't praise this service highly enough. They attended same day and earlier than expected to resolve the wasp nest situation in external masonry. I was given clear advice about closing windows etc prior to treatment. Subsequently there has been no further issue. I also received a call next day to check all was OK. The staff are polite and pleasant in manner and they will be my 1st port of call should I experience any similar issues. I strongly recommend PPM to everyone.

From the very first visit from Premier Property Management Ltd we were very impressed with their expertise .Having Rats in your property is a freighting experience, but we were put at ease with the efficient way that PPM went about their business.

A very thorough inspection revealed that we did not have a problem and advice was given to help us going forward. Excellent service, they turned up on time as agreed and were very helpful and friendly. We had wasps in the eaves behind the fascia. They explained clearly all the options. The treatment worked first time, but if it didn’t work PPM offered to return and sort at no extra cost.

I called ppm initially to del with a wasp nest in the house soffits before I moved in which they did at very short notice. I saw a different nest today, and called ppm to deal with that too. Came the same day and dealt, so I asked for him to invoice me as before but he said there was no need, he was happy to deal with it. So 2 separate nests and call outs treated as one? That’s an excellent service however you look at it. Very happy, and my ‘go to’ firm from now on.

Called PPM after discovering two ground wasp nests in my garden and spoke to Mike who came out within a couple of hours. He dealt with both nests quickly and efficiently explaining the whole process. Mike made it clear that all work was guaranteed and insured and to call him if there was a problem and he would return at no further cost. The price was very reasonable indeed, two days on and the wasp problem is gone, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by PPM. They responded immediately, dealt with our wasps nest and also, incidentally, pointed-out that there was a gap next to a drainpipe that could provide easy access to mice (and how to resolve this issue by means of wire wool). If ever we get another pest infestation, PPM will be the people we call.

We called PPM Pest Control out to our property because we were concerned that we had some insects nesting in the eaves of our roof. They were able to visit that same day and identified the insects as Honey bees. They assured us that there was no need for concern and that no action was needed at this point. They did not charge us for their visit!! I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

An excellent visit from the Spalding office, we had a wasps nest in the soil in the garden which was dealt with efficiently. We also had some good advice about a spent wasps nest in the loft which was able to be removed by us at no cost.

Mike and his team were really professional and dealt with them quickly - with the promise that if they were still present the next day they'd come out to give it a second dose at no cost.
