One of the worst agent and landlords. Personally I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Holding our deposit money and currently going through dispute process. Trying to charge us £1900 for things like carpet, wallpaper etc when we lived in the property for 12 years. Never bothered to change the carpet in them 12 years or before we moved in. Had rat issues and wasn't sorted by the agent. Instead they told us to go to council when is them who needs to sort it. The list goes on but beware of using them and this particular landlords. Audacity to charge us £1900 for things we are not supposed to change as a tennant is ridiculous. I feel agent can easily sort this.

I've been staying in a hotel for 2 weeks because of this agency!!!!
Night before I was supposed to move into a new flat, ( after I payed 5 weeks deposit and was packed to leave place where I was living till then) I've got a message that there were some issues with landlord, and probably I won't be able to move in. I've been waiting about a 2 week, meanwhile staying in a hotel, with all my furniture left in a public storage!
They were lying all the time that I should wait 2 more days, and than 2 more...
People like that would't ever get a 5 star reviews, it's clear they're writing them BY THEMSELVES from fake profiles. They're professional liars and I highly recommend AVOIDING THEM!!!!!!!

Cant describe where to begin, working full time and trying to manage viewings . Saw this property and wasnt too sure. Worse experience of my life was living in one of their house. They don't care about quality of living in their house and don't care about the people living in. They do care about rent money going in as soon as possible though.
Would absolutely NOT recommend to anyone.
This "company" or bussiness MUST be shut down. They have been breaking alot of rules and laws. They continue to do so.

Best estate agency who have professional staff and deal with problems promptly. All deposif money was given back. Estate agencies are allowed to keep your deposit if you damage the property without having it repaired. Thankfully, this wasnt the case for me. Highly recommend this agency!

Worst letting agency I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They will try and leech as much money as possible whilst doing the absolute bare minimum in services the must be provided. Staff are unpleasant rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend to anyone.

I recently had a great experience with prompt move. I have been always treated fairly and different from other state agents since 2007. For the first time I got my full deposit without a penny deduction. Outstanding service provided from all prompt move staff (specially from Mr Nadeem).I Strongly recommend prompt move to all residents of Luton. I am once again truely thankful to promptmove and my previous landlord for their brilliant service they provided to me.
