We have recently had an offer accepted for a house listed by property connections. We dealt with Kevin and from the very first email we were taking care of. Regular communication warm and friendly. Kevin was knowledgeable and also very understanding when it came to mine and my partners questions as first time buyers. There was no secrets no drama and no stress. From the first viewing to the offer being accepted Kevin was available for anything we might need. I don’t think I’ll ever had a more stress free process again and that’s down to Kevin. Buyer Warning – My Personal Experience With Property Connection
I feel it is important to share my experience so that future buyers and sellers are fully aware of the issues I encountered when purchasing a property through Property Connection, who were acting on behalf of Persimmon Homes.
I completed the purchase on 19 September. However, due to a number of problems that were neither identified in the home report nor noted during the refresh, my move-in was delayed by almost two months. By the time I was finally able to access the property, I was genuinely shocked and extremely upset by what I found.
In my personal opinion, the condition of the property upon entry resembled that of a repossessed home. It was unclean, windows were left open, several window handles were broken, there were dents in the artex walls, mirrors had been torn from the walls, and personal belongings—including clothes and photographs—had been left behind by the seller. I also discovered dampness in the hall and kitchen, blocked gutters, burst waste pipes, and joists that required replacement. None of this had been brought to my attention prior to completion.
This entire experience has been distressing, costly, and far below the standard I expected. Based on what I went through, I strongly urge any prospective buyer to arrange their own truly independent survey and not rely solely on reports provided through Property Connection or their associated surveyors.
I would not recommend this company, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I have experienced.

We had been struggling to sell our house with another agent who came recommended by someone we knew. Unfortunately, things didn’t progress as we’d hoped, and we found ourselves in a position where we needed to act quickly to avoid losing our onward purchase.
That’s when we turned to Property Connections—and we are so glad we did.
From the moment we stepped into the office and spoke with Sharon, we felt at ease. She remembered us from selling our last property, which was a lovely personal touch. Sharon was incredibly understanding of our situation and came out to do a valuation the very next day. As soon as she arrived, she was full of great ideas and advice to help us get our home sold quickly. Her confidence and expertise immediately reassured us that we were in safe hands.
Everything moved so efficiently from there. Within days, the photos and video were done, and the advert was live. The photos were absolutely stunning and really showed our home at its best. Kevin featured in the promotional video and created such a warm, welcoming tone when talking about our property—it genuinely made a difference.
Our house went on the market on a Friday, and by the following Wednesday we had our first viewing. Kevin arrived early, was friendly and professional, and we had an open, honest conversation about what we were hoping for price-wise. Chris has been a terrific representative for PC. I know i haven't given 5 stars for valuation but that is only because we had to drop our price and in order to secure a sale we accepted an offer for less than our reduced fixed price. This was a reflection of the current market as opposed to our enthusiastic estate agent Chris.
Whenever viewings took place carried out by PC. Chris always relayed information about about them as soon as possible and then followed up the next working day with phone calls to the client to get their thoughts on the property
Basically kept us informed all the way and kept spirits up when we started to flag

Leaving a review usually always kinda feels like a chore, I know I’m guilty of saying I’ll leave a review and never getting round to it.
In the case of the team at property connections, I found myself asking where to leave a review.
When we were looking to sell our home it was our luck that the builders actioned property connections to come and see us. The very professional and friendly Kevin came to visit us at our home to have an honest chat about the expectations of the sale of our house. Immediately he put as both at ease with his knowledge and vast experience in the industry. Kevin stuck with us through every stage of the selling process. Never once oversold anything to us or any potential buyers. More importantly he was very honest and never held back anything that was important for us to know. He was able to tell us out of all the people who came to view, who was going to make a reasonable offer and within 5 days of being on the open market, the people that he said would make an offer did and it was accepted the very next day.
Kevin even took the time out of his busy schedule to come and have a look at my father in laws property to tell us it’s honest potential on the market. It’s in an area that was outside of the usual selling area for property connections but Kevin done his homework and knew everything about the house and the prices that most houses sold for in that area. Kevin was then able to give all the information that we needed to make a decision Kevin wasn’t paid for this or wasn’t expecting to be. Property connections absolutely go above and beyond for their clients!
I can’t recommend another estate agent more, the team are incredible and will be with you professionally and emotionally through every step of buying and selling a new home. If you want an estate agent who is honest and sincere then this is the team for you!

Honestly couldn’t recommend Niall at property connections enough. As it was my first time selling a house, he guided and supported us through out the full thing. Niall was happy to phone or text at any day or time to answer any questions, which we couldn’t be more grateful for, this was so reassuring. As for selling our house, he’s the best at his job and had us with lots of viewings so quickly and managed to sell our house in under 2 weeks.

The team at a property Connections recently handled the sale of my house and I could not be happier with the service they provided. From the first phone call with Annette to the meeting at the house with Sharon to the valuation, the survey, the solicitors recommended by them and then to the sale, the entire process was faultless.
They got us a great valuation and our house was one of three similar properties selling in our estate, the other two with other estate agents. Our house was on the market for a much higher value than the other two and our house sold first - within four days of going on the market. We were absolutely blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the Property Connections team.

A perfect example of how using a GOOD local agent can outweigh any of the big Highstreet names and Solicitor firms. By instructing Niall McCabe to sell our house, we achieved around £80,000 (20%) more than what other agents were estimating the value to be.
Niall's local knowledge on the demand of individual streets and market trends has sold our house for vastly more than expected and we are thrilled with what he has managed to do for us. This level of detail and information just isn't feasible for corporate agents.
The process was faultless from start to finish with great communication, continuous updates from the team and a quick sale achieved following some excellent negotiation from Niall. We conducted our own viewings however the team always offered to carry these out on our behalf.

Niall McCabe from Property Connections was invaluable in the sale of my Tenement Flat in Glasgow. I no longer live in the UK, so all our communication was done via email. Niall made sure I always had up to date communication on the latest developments, from viewings, to marketing, to communication with potential buyers.
The quality of marketing for my property was top class. My property was inherited after the unfortunate death of my father. It had not been decorated for decades and was in need of TLC. Niall still succeeded in showing the potential of the period features, in the marketing photo's and in the possibilites for potential buyers, through descriptions in his text. There were many options on how best to market the property, including 3D walkthroughs.
Even though we had a buyer pull out of the sale right at the last second, Niall immediately sprung into action and had showing after showing lined up almost immediately.
The professionalism, friendliness and sheer hard work from Niall, really impressed me and I would recommend that anyone who is selling their property, give him a call and have him sell your property. Thank you Niall.

Niall was out on the Monday for an estimation, the Property hit the market by the Thursday, viewings on the Saturday and we had an offer by the Monday - talk about a quick sale! Niall was fantastic throughout, kept me up to date at every step and took care of all the viewings so the whole prices was completely hassle free from my end.
