Paul was a great guy, he put me in touch with Lewis who was super helpful from day one, very responsive and explained everything clearly to me. I also want to give a shout out to Caitlin. Went to view a commercial property on Friday morning. Friday afternoon the landlord had agreed to everything and I was asked to fill in the Vouch application. This was filled in over the weekend, with very personal details given such as access to bank accounts and photos of passport and driving licence. Monday morning I then had an email stating the landlord wants an extra £50pcm is that OK? The letting agent had agreed everything with him on the Friday yet by the Monday he was asking £50 more than the advertised price. The price had been dropped by £50pcm only a few days before viewing, so obviously this is just to try and lure people in, especially as the price online still remains as it was when I applied. Of course this is up to the landlord, however, I was a customer of the letting agent and unfortunately it's left me with a distrust of the company, as they shouldn't allow the landlord to advertise a price he has no intention of sticking to, making them look unprofessional. A waste of time viewing and an incredible waste of a weekend ticking boxes. This is my first time dealing with Ramsey & White and unfortunately the outcome hasn't been positive. I would have loved to have been able to recommend them, however I feel there's been some deception with the price advertising and therefore I would hesitate greatly using them again.

It really is unfortunate that the landlords actions have incurred Ramsey & White a negative review, if I could have left it direct to the landlord I most certainly would have. However, as you are acting on the landlords behalf, I would have been a customer of yours, not his. Again, it's unfortunate that this happened and I completely understand he can do what he likes in regards to accepting applications, but it is extremely deceptive of him to manipulate the price as he has done within days of lowering. It was also not the price drop that lead to me contact you to view, I had no idea it had been on the market until the day I emailed and had no idea of the drop in price until the letting agent said when viewing. Had it have been advertised for £400pcm when i applied, thats what I would have payed, it was the misleading by the landlord that made me refuse. I will add a star to the review for your indepth reply, which I do appreciate, and apologies that another's actions have affected my experience with Ramsey & White.

I have been dealing with Paul,Rachel and the team now for about 4 years, they set me up with a bridge to build 3 new house, I had signed a friendship agreement against my solicitors advice I thought it was going to be plain sailing as I knew the land owner well, I built the houses within 5 months but this was the start of my nightmare, when I came to sell there was problem after problem my friend wasn’t my friend at all,Paul was fantastic in pushing solicitors to help get things over the line 2 years later, the reason I can write this review now is because we managed to get things sorted only last week so a massive thanks to Ramsey & White

First time buyer with no clue on mortgages or how the process works. Originally wanted to rent, but then decided to buy so emailed ramsay and white to cancel my viewing, straight away they offered me access to one of their mortgage brokers, I am glad they did as everything was so easy, I found a house and viewed the same week, my mortgage was applied for and accepted 5 days later! Very fast service, Ramsey and white then offered me the service of a solictor they worked with, again I jumped at the chance, I was in my new house within 12 weeks, I was expecting the process to be drawn out and stressful but they really did do everything for me, the only thing I had to decide was what colour to paint my walls when i moved in, great service and highly recommend

having worked with Sharon for over 8 Years in her previous role. I can honestly say that she is fabulous at what she does as a lettings consultant. They only accept working people, if you're in receipt of benefits don't bother, you'll call and be placed on an imaginary waiting list (more like black list) then they never get back to you,shocking how this type of discrimination is still present in 2023. Absolutely disgraceful
