Not very nice to deal with. Have had a house sitting on the market for a long time, therefore offered a cash offer under the listing price as their client said they were desperate to sell. We were also told the house has been on and off the market. Were not interested in even telling their client my offer (said they will add to their notes) and pretended to have another offer on the table. My offer was 40k below the offer over figure.
