The team work so well together, they are friendly, knowledgeable and great supports going through the very stressful process of selling/moving, consistently checking in and giving reassurance as needed.
They marketed our property perfectly, working alongside a fantastic independent photographer who was very professional but personable still at the same time.
The Right at Home team’s communication is beyond exceptional, from beginning to end, we never had to chase them once and often they’d be updating us before we’d heard from others in the chain.
They are a small team, but we feel this is to their benefit, it felt like it was even more of a team effort to sell the property and they are so much more invested in helping and providing you with the best experience, and we feel is what makes them stand out as one of - if not the best, estate agent teams in/around Exeter!

Immediately it was obvious that they were best in class - they're a small team, but they all know exactly what they're doing and they're all incredibly good at their jobs. That doesn't even sum it up, though; it's obvious that they all care deeply about making it a good experience for the people involved.
Our sale was a bit of a challenge for reasons that had nothing to do with Right at Home, but they really went above and beyond in supporting us to deal with those issues. We could not recommend anyone else to sell our property and to purchase a new property from.
After getting quotes and meeting different people from various estate agents we had no doubt in choosing Right at Home. My partner dealt with it mostly due to the nature of my work. However, from his feedback they were welcoming, relaxed, and they did not feel like your “typical sales people” they were not pushy compared to others. Once our property was put up for sale it took under a month to sale bearing in mind Christmas period was included within this time.
Right at Home had mortgage advisors and solicitors that they recommended which we used and had no problems. This shows that Right at Home have the passion and rapport with what they do.
We viewed a property that Right at Home were selling and Sarah was so friendly, knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer questions without hesitation. We even had a few giggles including me asking her not to use her skills with other viewers viewing the house, due to us falling in love with the property, and needed a mortgage in principle before putting an offer down. (We will never know if she used her selling skills on further viewings on the property as we managed to purchase the house that we wanted haha).
Anyway, during the process of selling and buying the properties the ladies were with us every step making sure things were on track and everyone who were involved were all going in the same direction. They contacted solicitors to see where the process was at and kept us updated. Any questions or help that may have been needed were met. Emails and contact were answered within the same day and mostly within the same hour of sending an email. This allowed us to feel relaxed and knowing their fast response meant that they were on the ball with the process which made us confident with each step.
The house sell and the one we purchased went very smoothly and Jo met us with our key, a welcome box, and a card. This was just a lovely little touch to our new adventure.
The after care has been just as great in respect of making sure post does not get missed and getting it to previous owners.

As a first time buyer dropped into the property market without much notice, I needed a lot of advice and support. From the first contact, Sarah and Clare were my guiding lights. They showed me a couple of properties and got a sense of what I was looking for without me being able to express it. They suggested a property to me based on this and it was ‘the one’.
Somehow with their magic, they pulled off the unthinkable and we went from offer to completion in 4 weeks! Yes 4 weeks after my offer was accepted I was holding the keys to my first house! They were amazing every step of the way and because of them I got my lovely new home and my seller got to start a new life in the sun with their family all together.

I would just like to say how absolutely amazing both Clare and Sarah have been. I had agreed to purchase a property they were selling, having sold my own property via another estate agency.
Part way through the process I lost my buyers. Sadly this was the last of many issues with my previous estate agents. I decided to let Right at Home market my property and am happy to say they sold it to the first viewing.
