House has not been sold I have took it off the market with riverside residential and am planning on going with another agent to sell my property.
In the period up for sale with riverside residential we have had no contract from them with updates and no insights or statistics on people even checking the house out online we even had to contact agent to tell them it was not advertised properly on right move and have had no viewings got the impression they were not bothered about selling our house if it was not for having a for sale sign stuck outside the house would not even know the house was for sale
We have now put the house up for sale with another agent

Excellent from Chris’s initial valuation to Beth’s sale. The property was sold quickly and we were kept fully informed throughout the process. Everyone we spoke to at Riverside was pleasant and helpful. We’re pleased we used a local agent with good knowledge of the area and with a perfect understanding of our requirements.
